October 2023 is the third-highest October on record and marks the 51st month in a row that has exceeded 1 million adjusted background checks in a single month.

President Joe Biden is stepping up his effort to cripple the firearm industry, the one industry that provides the means for law-abiding citizens to exercise their Second Amendment rights.

For comparison, the unadjusted September 2023 FBI NICS figure 2,035,410 reflects a -16.5% percent decrease from the unadjusted FBI NICS figure of 2,437,563 in September 2022.

The FBI reportedly discovered more than $480,000 in cash in Sen. Menendez’s home while executing a search warrant in June 2022, “much of it stuffed into envelopes and hidden in clothing, closets, and a safe.” Agents found envelopes of cash inside jackets bearing the Senate symbol and Sen. Menendez’s name.

“It’s amazing what we can accomplish when we don’t care about who gets credit,” said ADSS founder Trevor Baucom.

Wish they may, wish they might – gun control Democrats in Congress are still holding out hope President Joe Biden will deliver their biggest wish. What they shouldn’t hold is their breath.

They use the courts to try to convince judges and juries that a firearm that was lawfully made and lawfully sold, and subsequently misused by a criminal to harm someone else, is somehow the fault of the manufacturer.

The laws are intended to do one thing – convince the next generation of Americans that the Second Amendment doesn’t exist.

In other words, “Be a good victim” armed with a really loud air horn. With bars on the residential doors and windows, it also begs the question of who the police are locking up. It’s not the criminals.
