A U.S. senator last week introduced legislation to protect pistol braces from the Biden administration’s proposed rule to reclassify them under the National Firearms Act.

The Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms (CCRKBA) blasted President Joe Biden this week for repeating a widely discredited claim about the 2A.

President Joe Biden today announced a final rule that bans certain homemade firearms kits (otherwise known as “ghost guns”) by redefining the term “firearm” under federal law. He also named a new nominee to head the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).

A coalition of pro-gun groups is demanding a formal investigation into Pennsylvania’s attorney general over an alleged illegal firearms manufacture and transfer.  

Minneapolis prosecutors announced Wednesday that they do not plan to file charges against a police officer who shot and killed a legally armed man during a no-knock raid in February.
