A Texan customer took justice into his own hands last week when he single-handedly foiled an armed robbery attempt. 

On, off, on again.  That is the story, so far, with New York’s ill-concealed “Concealed Carry Improvement Act (CCIA).”

Thirteen out of the 16 judges ruled that bump stocks do not meet the definition of “machineguns,” thus overturning a previous ruling from a 3-judge panel on the same court.

In the wake of the Supreme Court ruling overturning New York’s restrictions on concealed carry permits, the Honolulu Police Department (HPD) issued its first license to carry a concealed firearm.
