Germany’s gun laws and enforcement could face an overhaul following a mass shooting in a Jehovah’s Witness hall in Hamburg.

This past Thursday, Gun Owners of America (GOA) and the Gun Owners Foundation (GOF) filed an amicus brief in support of Joshua Wade in his challenge to the ban on firearms on campus at the University of Michigan.

“Ghost guns are an untraceable menace that exist for one reason — to evade law enforcement and registration,” Tong said. “They are a threat to public safety, and they are illegal in Connecticut.”

A Virginian homeowner shot a woman last week when she broke into his house stark naked and attacked him with a frying pan. 

On Sunday, El Paso police found a man at a road intersection “yelling for help” and saying he had been shot.

“That’s not the goal of it.  The goal of it is to take bad guys off the street and still respect the rights of the private citizen on the Second Amendment,” he added.

“We must strengthen the current safe storage and ‘ghost gun’ regulations in our state,” said Laura Kabel of Bridgeport, with the group Moms Demand Action.

Thomas Armstrong spoke at the vigil for his son, Elias Armstrong, on Thursday night and said the man who shot his 12-year-old boy was acting like a vigilante. 

“But the reality is it doesn’t matter what anybody thinks about imposing more gun control or anything. We have the 2nd Amendment. It is clearly defined,” Paredes said.
