Mossberg has added optic-ready versions of their venerable 500 and 835 Ulti-Mag® pump actions to their extensive line of turkey shotguns.

Mossberg has released the newest member of its 940 Pro family of 12-gauge shotguns: the optic-ready 940 Pro Tactical 8-shot autoloading shotgun

Of all the fighting shotguns out there, the Mossberg 590A1 has always been one of my favorites. I was issued one in my days as a Marine for a short period, and since then, I’ve been a fan. The 590A1 would form the basis of the fighting shotgun for the United States military. One of the latest models blends all the military’s requirements with a dose of old-school cool to form the Mossberg 590A1 Retrograde.

Mossberg engineers based the 940 Pro Turkey on the gun used by legendary competitive shooter Jerry Miculek. The result is a lightweight, maneuverable, and truly optics-ready shotgun just in time for turkey season.

Alan Mossberg, chairman of Mossberg passed away on Nov. 6 at his home in Florida, surrounded by friends and family. He was 89.

The MC2sc is a reliable, accurate, concealed-carry weapon. All things considered, the little pistol offered up a stellar performance, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
