Just 30 days after President Joe Biden ordered the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives to write a rule banning so-called “ghost guns,” the ATF has complied.

The Oregon state legislature sent a bill to the governor’s desk this week that would impose strict penalties on gun owners who failed to secure their firearms and ban firearms from being carried in some public places, including the state capitol.

“Talk to most responsible gun owners, most hunters — they’ll tell you there’s no possible justification for having 100 rounds — 100 bullets — in a weapon,” he said. “What do you think deer are wearing kevlar vests?”

Three republican lawmakers are hoping to protect the 2A rights of pot smokers with the new GRAM act.

Last week, several Democratic lawmakers introduced a bill that would prohibit gun manufacturers from making “any assault weapon or large capacity feeding device” in Massachusetts.

The National Rifle Association announced this week that it’s putting up $2 million to stop the Biden administration’s anti-gun agenda, including the nomination of David Chipman as ATF director.

Today, NJ Governor Phil Murphy announced a sweeping new package of gun control proposals in an orchestrated press event featuring anti-gun lawmakers, clergy, and civic leaders.

Sponsored by U.S. Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ) and Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-NJ), the HEAR Act would ban the importation, sale, manufacture, transfer and possession of suppressors.

While not unexpected, the nomination has sparked outrage in the pro-gun community. Chipman has a history of making anti-gun statements, and his current employment at the gun control group, Giffords, indicates he will be anything but an unbiased servant of the American people.
