Smith & Wesson’s ousted CEO Ed Shultz doesn’t have any regrets after inking a deal with Bill Clinton that nearly bankrupted the company.

The California legislature passed a bill this year requiring people subject to “red flag” orders to surrender “firearm precursor parts” along with their functioning firearms.

Two federal lawmakers from Illinois introduced legislation last week aimed at ratcheting up federal mandates for gun dealers.

The California Department of Justice announced this week that registration for “assault weapons” will re-open on January 13, 2022, and remain open for 90 days until April 12, 2022.

Gun control groups are still demanding President Biden create a Cabinet-level office headed by an advisor that doesn’t require Senate confirmation.

“You can’t buy these guns, you can’t sell these guns, you can’t use these guns. And even if you own one today, no one gets a pass,” Trudeau added.
