A Charlotte, NC, woman will not be charged after shooting and killing a man who was threatening to attack her and her grandchildren.

Nothing like taking your pup for a stroll, only to be stalked and attacked by a perp in a windowless van.

Two would-be burglars got more than they bargained for when they attempted to rob a cell phone store in Dayton, Ohio, earlier this month.

“All I want to do is see my son to see if he’s alright,” she said to the station. 

A convenience store clerk in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has been suspended for two weeks after she used a firearm to defend herself during an armed robbery.

A clerk at a convenience store in Virginia will not be prosecuted for shooting and killing a man who had robbed the store at gunpoint, a grand jury decided this week.

“The minute he pulled it out, he cocked it. And I thought, ‘I have to think of something,’” she said.

“I’d never been through this,” Summers said. “Never shot a gun before. All this is new to me.”

A judge in Ohio is in stable condition after being attacked by a gunman outside the Jefferson County Courthouse Monday morning.
