Earlier this year the Arkansas legislature created an “enhanced” concealed carry permit that allows permit holders to carry a firearm on college campuses and in government buildings.

The City Council Public Safety Committee voted Monday 6-1 on a measure that would require NYPD to hand out written warnings about the dangers of gun ownership to prospective permit applicants. 

The new handguns all belong to the LCRx and SP101 series and are chambered for plinking and serious self-defense cartridges.
