Smith & Wesson just rolled out their latest creation, the M&P15 Sport III rifle. This new kid on the block isn’t just about looks; it’s designed to handle whatever you throw at it. It’s the latest in the Sport Series, known for its dependability and versatility.

The Sport III builds on the success of the Sport II, but here’s the kicker – it’s got some cool new features and it’s easier on your wallet. This rifle is a gas-operated semi-auto, chambered in the popular 5.56 NATO/223 REM. It comes in two versions: one with a 30+1 capacity and another with a 10+1.

Now, let’s talk upgrades. The M&P15 Sport III rifle sports a 16-inch Armornite coated barrel with a threaded muzzle. It’s got 5R rifling and a 1:8-inch twist, which means it’s not picky about ammo. The barrel sits inside a 15-inch M-LOK handguard, complete with a full-length Picatinny-style rail. This setup gives you more accessory options than previous models.

But that’s not all. The rifle uses a mid-length gas system, which helps reduce the kick when you shoot. It also comes with a 6-position adjustable stock, a comfy polymer grip, a bolt forward assist, and a chromed firing pin.

Looking for your first rifle? Want to add to your collection? The M&P15 Sport III is a solid choice that won’t break the bank. Priced at $799 MSRP, it’s available now!
