Smith & Wesson introduces the RESPONSE, their groundbreaking MSR-style carbine chambered in 9MM. This firearm stands out with its FLEXMAG™ magwell technology, designed to accommodate double-stack 9MM magazines from both S&W and other leading brands.
Included with each RESPONSE are two magwells: one for M&P and another tailored for Glock® G17® and G19® magazines. Yes, Smith & Wesson ensures it’s seamlessly compatible with Glock® mags.
Beyond the innovative magwell system, the RESPONSE keeps the familiar MSR-style controls users love. Compatibility extends to numerous MSR-style stocks, triggers, grips, and charging handles.
Aesthetically and functionally, the carbine is enhanced with a 16″ 1/2×28 threaded barrel and a full-length handguard featuring M-LOK® slots at three, six, and nine o’clock positions.

Make it in a 10mm. Then ya got something.
I like this better than the folder carbine. if they put the maxwell for glockmags on the folder well id want both
The collapsable stock and barrel shroud make it illegal in IL. How about a nice carbine like the Henry? I love ARs, but does everything have to look like an AR? Stay safe. Merry Christmas! j
need to get rid of Jabba the prick before he robs more of your freedom. Missouri wishes you luck
S&W now makes lever action PCCs. One version is blued/walnut, and the other is stainless (or nickel?) with a synthetic stock. They were on the cover of The American Rifleman a few issues back. My only issue with them is the stupidly unnecessary lawyer button. Henry is the only big maufacturer that currently doesn’t put a safety on their lever actions. Merry Christmas to you as well!
