SIG Sauer Suppressor Showdown – 3D-Printed HEXIUM, ENDURE, and TiN CAN Go Head-to-Head

Estimated reading time: 1 minute

At the 2025 SIG NEXT event, SIG Sauer unveiled its latest lineup of 3D-printed suppressors with a real-world comparison across multiple calibers against other brands of suppressors. Using identical rifles and ammo — including subsonic .300 Blackout and supersonic 5.56 and .308 — SIG’s suppressors proved their capability under identical conditions. The HEXIUM, available in titanium or Inconel, stood out for its low backpressure design, offering exceptional performance for short-barreled and high-volume platforms.

Unlike SIG’s military suppressors, which emphasized flow-through for tactical applications, this new lineup is far more focused on pure sound suppression. The ENDURE and TiN CAN, both made from 100% titanium, performed exceptionally well, with the TiN CAN delivering maximum suppression in a full-length package and the ENDURE offering a compact solution ideal for hunters. With competitive pricing and top-tier performance, these new SIG 3D-printed suppressors are likely to impress even the most discerning shooters. Watch the full video to hear the difference yourself.
