This year’s SHOT Show was overshadowed by an unprecedented attack on our 2nd Amendment rights by shameless politicians trying to pay back political favors from the 2012 election. Unfortunately a lot of the American public are actually buying the lies and the false hopes offered by the carpetbagging charlatans. Prosperity is what America needs to reduce the violence in our inner cities, and SHOT Show 2013 was a stunning banner of American ingenuity, creativity, and the seeds of prosperity. Firearms have always meant freedom, and we will lose our freedom in America if we don’t stand up for our firearms now. Thanks to Julie Mac, Mark Bealo and Eric Beels for great work on this year’s videos. Hopefully next year Julie will remember for once that shotguns are actually a part of the firearms world, but for now let’s all just keep it a secret. We’ll see you for next year’s SHOT Show, back in Las Vegas, for 2014.
Boy you sure said it well. We will surely lose our freedom the day any ban is made on our right to bear arms. I’m sick of the lies and pandering our politicians keeps making about the need to ban ASSAULT WEAPONS. Good riddance let vote these fear mongering idiots out of office now and take our rights back! Come on Californians…
SHOT SHOW AWESOM !!! WE HAVE ALL THE GUN LAWS EVER NEEDED ! WHY ADD MORE ? TO CONFUSE ? TO MISSLEAD ? TO TAKE OUR FREEDOM S ? WHY ???
I own five rifles and 3 pistols. I like my guns and like that I live in a country where it’s easy to buy them. What I don’t get is: why is the NRA, among others, blowing this debate? It’s not about taking our guns away. The argument has degenerated into: the gov’t wants to take ALL our guns away. Not true. It’s the assault rifles and big mags that the argument is over. A responsible gun owner should be allowed to have those. The debate needs to be about special licensing for those items. The NRA, and all gun owners and lovers, should define the argument that way. Being hysterical gets us nowhere.
Does the government need special licensing? The biggest mass murderers in history have been governments drunk on their own power and ability to murder without punishment. Thanks but the guns are safer in the hands of the people.
The wrongful use of power and guns isn’t limited to government. The former SEAL who was gunned down at the range was wronged to death by a person, not by the government. If he was shot in Iraq, that would be because of the government. But that’s an argument for a different day. Today the argument is about keeping our right to automatic guns and large capacity mags. Showing that gunowners want those items in the hands of responsible owners, as most do, and how to manage that, would give lawmakers the ammo to abandon the argument of a total ban once and for all.
The problem is you let them start with one and there’ll be no end to it. To solve the issue anyone with unstable minds (anyone with mental background/criminals/domestic_child abuse/etc….) should never be able to purchase firearms. Nevertheless, there are so much info out on Internet and if/when someone is upset enough to destroy others he/she will find ways to do it but at least we the PEOPLE will be armed to protect ourselves if/when s??? hit the fan. Here is a good video to watch!

Thanks Joe.
Great job, I super enjoyed the film.
Hooyah!
I looked forward to every e-mail. Gave me a “heads-up” on the latest in the shooting sports/technology. I don’t have to wait for my Gun Digest, Shooting Times, American Rifleman or Guns and Ammo to find out the latest. So good of your organization to do this.
Good job, y’all!
Thanks Rob! People have been such jerks on the comments lately it’s nice to hear kind words.
