I have the Ruger 5.7 and use it for home defense.
As far as the Ruger LC Charger …if it included a scope, bipod (?) and a suppressor you might have something worth owning
Ludicrous price for what is essentially a simple blowback operated semi auto in what amounts to a re-loadable 22WMR (5.7×28) Why are all of these 5.7s so expensive? A PS90 is going for around $1800. This one at a grand.
It’s a range toy with limited hunting applications.
Exactly – been seeing more and more 5.7s at the range and while I was pretty impressed how nice the FN shot that I had the chance to try out a couple weeks ago I just couldn’t see myself paying so much $ – for the gun AND the ammo…5.7 ammo isn’t cheap – for something that doesn’t really have much of a practical use. I could see if I hunted varmints or something but between my 5.56s and 9mms I’m not seeing a spot in the safe for any 5.7s any time soon unless the price came way down…
Add a bipod and scope probably be a blast to hunt woodchucks with.
until some aftermarket high cap mags come out it just is not worth it……
dereg sbrs and this would be a excellent pdw for a lady or man who can use such a thing.
Rather have a P50 Keltec.
