Rossi Expands Brawler Lineup — NRA 2025

in News

Meet the brand-new Rossi Brawler chambered in .300 Blackout. That’s right—the fan-favorite single-shot utility gun has evolved from its original .45 Colt/.410 setup into a true survivalist’s dream.

The new Brawler sticks to its roots with a tough, minimalist design but now chambers full-power rifle cartridges like 5.56 NATO and .300 BLK. We handled the .300 Blackout version here at the booth, and it moves the needle.

It’s a break-action, hammer-fired design with a cross-bolt safety. The 9-inch barrel is threaded 5/8×24—perfect for running suppressed with subsonic .300 BLK. It even comes with a knurled thread protector right out of the box.

Despite its compact size, the Brawler feels stout. It has a heavy barrel, a rugged forend, and a super grippy rubber overmolded grip that feels locked-in and comfortable in the hand.

There’s a Picatinny rail up top for optics—meaning you can easily mount a red dot, scope, or even a thermal optic without any hassle. Whether you’re thinking bug-out gun, truck gun, or backpack companion, Rossi clearly built the Brawler to survive real-world abuse.

And the best part? MSRP is just three of the big ones—around $300. That’s a nice price for a threaded, optics-ready, heavy-duty single-shot platform in 5.56 or .300 BLK.

Rossi has taken a solid utility platform and pushed it into exciting new territory.
