Pirate Pistol: FightLite SCR AR Pistol -Ultimate Truck Gun — SHOT Show 2018

in Authors, Clay Martin, Gun Reviews, SHOT Show 2018, Uncategorized

It is not often I see something so cool I have to stop and look, even if in practical use it has to be ridiculous. But the FightLite SCR pistol grabbed my attention. Part pirate gun, part AR, this is one of those products that make even the most cynical ask “ How does it work?” It looks like the Sand People on Tatooine should be carrying it, but I am pretty intrigued.

Impressions & Pricing

The FightLite pistol is an AR upper, chambered in 300 AAC or 5.56. Not only do they sell complete guns, they sell just lowers as well. The upper is Mil-Spec, so anything you have laying around will work. The magic is in the lower and bolt.

The heart of the system is the FightLite proprietary bolt, which eliminates the AR buffer system entirely. In place of it, this gun’s bolt has a tail, very much like a Benelli shotgun. This tail engages a recoil spring that is built into the birds head grip, allowing the gun to cycle with a much shorter overall system. This is a brilliant workaround, and I am guessing quite pleasant to shoot. If the Benelli system can dampen full house 12 gauge, it should be overkill on 5.56.

This is one of the most impressive pieces of engineering I have seen, and the price is pretty sweet too. MSRP is $865, not bad at all in the AR pistol market. It makes for a very small overall package, and it has my attention. This is worth checking out, look for a full review in the spring.

Chambered in 300 AAC, yes, worth the price of admission (as the ultimate comeback to a would-be carjacker)…
In 5.56mm, it’s just a pricey piece of cool engineering.

  • Smitty February 13, 2018, 5:32 pm

    Great find Clay!
Being an ex-Navy guy I’m drooling all over this one. We just love pirate guns old, new and otherwise!
May have to call off retirement for another year to put one of these in the collection. You go boy!

  • PowderKeg February 13, 2018, 3:41 pm

Hey Clay…..along with eating too many cheeseburgers, you’re looking a little sruffy lately! I been following your stories for years. It time to get back in shape!

    • Smitty February 13, 2018, 5:36 pm

When you get to be 40 or so and get yer fat ass off the couch, you go out there and bust your ass will ya pal. Then come back and tell us all how easy yesterday was. Clay did more in his day than you’ll ever do in your lifetime. Do us all a favor and stow it will ya.

      • Mahatma Muhjesbude February 14, 2018, 2:13 pm

JEESus fucking Christ, Powderkeg? I’ll bet Clay can put on 30 more fucking pounds and STILL run you down like the troll dog you are and beat the living shit out of you until you can’t be fixed any more. And then detonate your powder keg so fast that you’re dust in the wind. What’s this fucking gun blog coming too? First we got suck ass government sissy sicophants so a-skeeered of offending treasonous leftists trying to prohibit our guns, and now ‘fat’ patrol trolls??? To quote the Admiral at the end of ‘Top Gun, GAWD FUCKING HELP US!

  • Chee February 13, 2018, 1:53 pm

This is cool as crap. With Sig Sauer MCX platform I would love to see them do something like this. There price would be stupid I suspect but awesome. It’s a pistol…. can’t stop grinning.

  • bbbs53 February 13, 2018, 1:32 pm

HK made the 53 a long time ago. While not exactly a pistol, it does the same thing, burns most of the powder in the air and makes a huge flash. This will do the same thing since it is using rifle powder, very entertaining but not very practical. I don’t have a problem with them per say, they are just a variation on a theme and the last time I looked, the Second Amendment doesn’t specify ANY type as good or bad. According the regs, the receiver only needs to be made as a “pistol” receiver to qualify as a pistol. While I don’t have much use for a bump stock, I like to hit what I am aiming at, I am against their ban and any effort by those that would try and use it to further erode our inalienable rights. It isn’t about bump stocks or even crazy people and criminals, it is about taking away our rights and no quarter should be given. There are a lot of liberals and anti gunners that would be a lot happier if you had NO firearms, this mindset cannot be allowed to prevail. I graduated from gunsmith school the same year the onerous Gun Control Act of 1986 was passed, it did absolutely nothing but further infringe on my rights. This fight against those that would further infringe on our rights must be supported with dollars and letters to our alleged representatives in congress. To do less is to give in. For a lot of us, it won’t matter in 20 years that you won’t be able to buy whatever, but to insure that future generations enjoy the same freedom we do, it is a must to continue the fight against a very dedicated anti firearm lobby. Anyone not with us 100% is against us and right now that seems to include the NRA. I have been a life member for a very long time and I am also a member of GOA. Put your money where your mouths are.

    • john poe February 4, 2019, 10:30 am

its doesnt have to use rifle powder. it comes in 300aac also and you can buy loads made for short barrels and hand load for the best out of the short barrel so it is a very viable weapon imo. i would only use in 300aac tho as they work well in shot barrels in the 8 inch range but i would most likely use a 10.5 to 13 inch one

  • BUURGA February 13, 2018, 1:07 pm

Not with that grip. And the author it correct in wondering what in the hell why anyone would choose this weapon; and under what circumstance would it be preferable to other platforms. BUT, the recoil engineering is really interesting, IF it works well on a regular basis.

    • Stig February 13, 2018, 1:27 pm

      This is for California.

    • Stig February 13, 2018, 1:28 pm

Sorry, the lower is for CA. Ability to run AR uppers and have a detachable mag with a rifle stock. I have no idea about the pistol grip.

  • August Bender February 13, 2018, 12:25 pm

I have thought for some time that AR-15 pistols (or any pistol with a 7″ barrel chambered for 5.56×45 mm) were just stupid. After all, the 5.56×45 is a rifle cartridge and with a 20″ or longer barrel will yield a muzzle velocity of 3200+ fps with 55 grain bullets. In a 7″ barrel the velocity drops to about 2200 fps. But, if a 55 gr bullet at 2200 fps meets your needs for target shooting, plinking, hunting, self-defense or whatever then go for it.

    • john poe February 4, 2019, 10:38 am

you say that like 2200 fps is nothing. it is on par with a lot of loads in rifles out here. 2200 out of a 7inch barrel for a truck gun will give you added firepower you need in a shtf situation. in 556 i would use a 10.5 or longer but in 30aac i could see a 7inch shooting subsonic ammo or suppressed shooting

  • Jim February 13, 2018, 12:11 pm

Horrible, horrible evil pistol (is it bad to really want two!)

  • Norm Fishler February 13, 2018, 12:03 pm

Small, sleek and light? Looks to be. Tacti-cool oozes from every pore? No doubt! Entry gun for a SWAT team? gO FOR IT! Truck gun? Absolute foolishness.

    • Josh February 13, 2018, 1:11 pm

Why is it “absolute foolishness” as a truck gun? Seems to meet every requirement of a perfect truck gun to me, namely, fits under a seat easily, sufficient power and capacity for defense from far away, maneuverability for defense up close. Don’t see your problem… unless you’re one of those that thinks only military and LE should have those awful scary black guns…

      • Scotty Gunn February 13, 2018, 5:57 pm

Actually, “truck gun” is an inexpensive gun (rifle, shotgun or handgun ) to keep in the truck, knowing it is going to rust, get the snot beat out of it,etc.

        • Chuck in Phoenix February 13, 2018, 10:24 pm

It\’s only $800 bucks, it is cheap so it meets the Truck Gun definition.

      • Norm Fishler February 13, 2018, 7:51 pm

Josh – A truck gun, by my definition is a firearm that will be shamefully neglected and subjected to the most grievous of neglect without so much as a passing shrug. My guess is that whomever tries to use one of these as a ‘truck gun’ will immediately have second thoughts when it is pulled out from under or behind the seat, covered with rust and grime from the muzzle to the butt. My idea of a truck gun is an H&R Pardner or an ancient, beat to pieces military rifle that one can leave hanging in the gun rack year round. You could almost hang a sign on it that says, “Go ahead steal it . . . See if I care.” In a pinch, a 10/22 will work. Scotty – You’re right on the money.

  • matthew martinez February 13, 2018, 11:17 am

FINALLY. an ar that doesnt look like an ar. two please.

  • Jett February 13, 2018, 11:08 am

Nothing new here. KelTec has been making the PLR16 for years and it is a better looking piece of machinery. Better gas system too, mimics the AK.

  • Bob Shirley February 13, 2018, 11:03 am

I have no problem with this firearm, other than the simple fact that it negates the best use of an AR-15 pistol- as a platform for a SIG brace.

  • Flyboyron February 13, 2018, 10:54 am

    I hate that… 😉

  • JGH February 13, 2018, 10:23 am

I think its a brilliant concept. Let the market decide if it will sell. Some of the negative comments are way off base. Since when do we judge a firearm by its looks? If it has a practical application, and I see many, then it should be successful. Lighten up people, its just a new way to update an old format.

  • rick February 13, 2018, 9:51 am

Be very careful about categorizing any arm as a useful or non useful tool. We have the right to bear arms. It is a right that is NOT contingient on anyones definition of usefulness. If that is part of your judgement criteria you have missed the boat and bought into to the idea that there is some level of something (needs or not needed) before the right is granted. Your footing has begun to erode. The right has already taken hits with bans of machine guns(w/o permits), rights to carry, licensure, limits on ammo, purchase carding and registration,…etc. It is easy to log on and say well these are for good purpose because of… NO it is a right there is no erosion to be done. ANY action to do so it is no more than a move to end it.

We need to see clearly we cannot legislate behavior.

Remember the story of how one eats an elephant? One small bite at a time. Mark my words.

  • Eric February 13, 2018, 9:43 am

“So these are considered aaaaaa a.. pistol?!”

    • Josh February 13, 2018, 11:08 am

Yes, it doesn’t have a stock and the barrel is less than 16”. That’s the definition of a pistol.

  • Patrick February 13, 2018, 9:39 am

If the anti gunners have the ability to keep you in the mindset of what is acceptable and you’re willing to conform with what they consider acceptable, they’ve already beat you.
If a manufacture sees a need for another AR based pistol and it conforms with current federal guidelines, than build away.

  • Steve February 13, 2018, 9:36 am

This firearm system is great, more thinking outside of the box. To think a new firearm design like this will endanger our 2nd Admendment rights is ridiculous.
Just like the dems thinking Gitmo will make the terrorist more angry at us if we don’t shut it down. Wake up people. It’s our American right and privilege to own firearms ( any firearms) just even for a cool factor. A particular firearm dosnt need a purpose for us to own it!
Give a inch and the anti gunners will take it all. Do not place blame on lifeless objects (bump stocks or anything else) for the evil that people do that’s just a flaky cop out!
You so called pro-gunners are giving the antis what they want, with not supporting a firearm design YOU don’t see necessary.

    • Irish-7 February 13, 2018, 9:59 am

Great points! I especially like the analogy with the ludicrous Liberal claim that fighting terrorism produces more terrorists. Who actually believes those lies? I frequently make similar statements with respect to blaming inanimate objects for abominable behavior. We never blame vehicles for auto accidents.

    • Eric February 13, 2018, 10:01 am

The NRA spoke out in favor of more regulations on bump stocks.. how dare they give an inch! Honestly guys this “don’t give an inch” stance is the ISIS strategy for negotiations.. Not exactly the group I wanna be associated with. I feel like there are lots of common sense type regulations that the gun community should be endorsing so they don’t appear to be militants. Not stating at all that this type gun should be illegal, just saying I hate the “never give an inch” stance.

      • Flyboyron February 13, 2018, 10:52 am

ISIS also drinks water and breathes air. Are you going to recommend we all give those up, just because you don’t want to be associated with them?
I’ll use tactics that work from anywhere, as long as they meet my own moral code.
This gun certainly doesn’t offend that.
I’d just say, “Lighten up, Francis”…

      • Bob Shirley February 13, 2018, 10:53 am

How many more inches do pro gun conservatives like you want us to give? No more compromise; it’s time to take back our rights.

      • Eric February 13, 2018, 11:26 am

I just have to say the comment about not giving an inch is really short sighted. And that there are lots of common sense type regs? Last time I checked it was illegal to assault or kill someone, whatever method one uses. I have to repeat that only law-abiding citizens would/will follow the “rules” and criminals don’t care until they meet someone who “won’t give an inch”. By the way, try giving an inch to a ISIS fighter and see what you get, about a foot shorter.

      • Mahatma Muhjesbude February 13, 2018, 11:53 am

Eric! Not everything in life, and especially such critical elements like inalienable self-defense empowerment over tyrannical enslavement, can be qualified, compromised, or mitigated in any way shape or form to properly preserve its efficacy in purpose. Especially in the pervasive environment of flawed human perception and corruption. PERIOD! Not for any so-called public safety or enhanced crime prevention, or flawed, vain, or agenda based attempts to regulate human nature and its errant behavior.

The 2nd/A intentionally never had any qualifiers because of this. The Framers never said “…Shall not be infringed…” except if you are speciously considered to be mentally incompetent, under medications, an ex-criminal, ever smoked pot at all in your life, and Certainly NOT unless “…you appear to be militants”!

Eric, my friend, The American Patriots who risked everything to break the chains of tyranny and grant us liberty as a nation back then were mostly ‘criminals’ and MILITANTS. Don’t ever forget that. There weren’t really that many of them compared to the rest of the population at the time. Most people were like you. Afraid to even irritate the Powers That Be? And don’t be feeding into the false government brainwashing narrative that Free Men and Women should worry about ‘appearances’.

In case you forgot, or you went to one of the totalitarian agenda ‘indoctrination schools’ where Constitutional Civics wasn’t taught, ‘Appearance’, excessive unnecessary profiling and bad police work notwithstanding, does not qualify much anymore evan as reasonable suspicion on the rocky road to probable cause and then on to further proper Constitutional Due Process to determine any statutory ‘wrogndoing’.

So get a good grip and pull your head out of your government mind controlled anus and remember that in your feint of heart trepidations about what you do, or do not, ‘appear’ to be, appearances, aside from the eyebrow raising and eyeball watering of holier-than-thou higher moral authoritarians do not have any bearing on socially bad behavior in a society blessed with honest reasonable objectiveness under a rule of law forged from a system of liberty and justice for all. Remember that, as well.

    • Mike February 13, 2018, 10:36 am

More than our American right it is our UNALIENABLE RIGHT! Any and all infringements upon that right is unconstitutional and illegal.

  • Flippity February 13, 2018, 9:26 am

Sorry ladies, but that thing is awesome. I can’t believe all the poo poo from the whiners on this board. This rig actually brings some real innovation to the table. You aholes should be rejoicing and complimenting. Personally, I can’t stand flint locks. With the exception of historical significance, they suck bigly in every other category. So, do I surf black powder forums talking how most of those rifles and pistols make better paperweights than they do firearms? Let go of the hate.

    • Eric February 13, 2018, 9:53 am

To hate or not to hate? Yeah, just tell them to stop being haters, but call them ladies, whiners and aholes in the process.

      • Bob Shirley February 13, 2018, 10:54 am

You know, Eric, if the shoe fits…

        • Larry February 13, 2018, 6:36 pm

          +1

      • Flippity February 13, 2018, 5:14 pm

The struggle is real bro. We need team players – not a bunch pussified snowflakes. Yes, if you act like a whiny little bitch, I might call you an ahole. You’re not going to die.

  • LD February 13, 2018, 9:23 am

Great for home defense and wilderness trekking. More concealable, same ammo, so compliments your standard size AR.

  • James February 13, 2018, 9:20 am

2nd amendment comments above are sickening. Bunch of Bidenbots. Go fondle your double barrel shotguns, or better yet, READ the 2nd amendment. And what exactly is a “street thug”? Barry, you think this gun is a sure hit with the “thugs”?
and Cyrus, YOU and people like YOU are the reason the second amendment may be ” so Fucking doomed “.
People like the anti 2nd amendment posters above are the reason the NRA is ” so Fucking doomed “.
    Trolls….

  • LD February 13, 2018, 9:20 am

This would be very handy for trekking in the wilderness or for home defense. Easy to carry and conceal. For those of you who are making apologetic statements to people who want to overturn Constitutional law, why are you afraid to assert your inalienable right to bear arms? The elites of gun control crowd are seditious, they do not believe WE THE PEOPLE are the government.

  • Chris A February 13, 2018, 8:49 am

I thinks this gun is cool. I appreciate the inventive work around to make it happen. The gun may seem outlandish but the mechanism is beneficial to future projects that might end up not being so “trivial”. Well done!

  • AMIGO February 13, 2018, 8:37 am

The Liberals will love this one. Goodby 2A!

  • Kelly February 13, 2018, 8:22 am

    A terrible idea

  • David February 13, 2018, 8:15 am

Every gun we own has a specific purpose. Can’t think of one for these toys.

    • Flippity February 13, 2018, 9:16 am

      you are small-brained.

    • Dennis M February 13, 2018, 11:08 am

Even if that ‘purpose’ is only to own it. I have many rifles, shotguns, and pistols. Do I need that many? No. But the simple fact is that I wanted to own them. From an 1862 S&W Model 2 Army to a 2016 22TCM bolt action rifle, their biggest ‘purpose’ is the enjoyment of owning them. (Yes, I have fired all of them, and carry one of them as my right to do so.)

    • Larry February 13, 2018, 6:40 pm

I own a katana (samurai sword), can you think of a purpose for that?

  • joefoam February 13, 2018, 7:57 am

This is exactly what the anti gun crowd points to when they make their case against guns. I’m a big supporter of the 2A but this type of weapon does nothing for the cause.

    • brockkl February 13, 2018, 8:26 am

You really think the antis will become even more anto because of an AR pistol? Just what feature are you referring to that makes this any more eeevil than any other black gun? smh, You guys need to get out more.

      • Brett February 13, 2018, 9:07 am

Yeah! What could any gun control advocate jump on with readily concealable (backpack or under a coat), rifle caliber weapon with a 30 round magazine. It’s not like this is a perfect weapon for carrying into a crowded downtown event or using in a drive-by. Oh wait.

        • brockkl February 13, 2018, 1:03 pm

So what makes this so much worse than the current crop of AR pistols out there? Maybe you should just go ahead and turn in your arms now. And when you do, leave your man card as well. Any time I see a “I’m a big 2A supporter” stand by for the “BUT” cause there is always one. You sound more like an anti with every post, so maybe you should quit while you’re ahead. I will buy ANY firearm that tickles my fancy, whiners be damned. If I can’t find what I am looking for, I’ll make it.

    • Frank Cannon February 13, 2018, 8:42 am

I have to wrap my head around that comment. Are you suggesting that firearms manufacturers only introduce items which gain the approval of “the anti-gun crowd?” If so, they have really done a number on you. Here’s a clue: “The anti-gun crowd” is going to find NOTHING that “does something for the cause” of the “2A supporter.”

    • Al February 13, 2018, 8:59 am

Oh? I see they got you thinking they are or can be ‘reasonable’, which is just the trap they want you to fall into.
They don’t give a damn about our “cause”, (BTW, it’s a right, not a “cause”), they only care about making you live their way, reason be damned.
They want a ban on ALL guns, period.
Anyone who says differently hasn’t been paying attention, and is naïve.
Their very actions have proven what I say.

    • Mahatma Muhjesbude February 13, 2018, 10:40 am

Hey, joefoam! You shouldn’t give a shit anymore about what the totalitarian anti-gun traitors points to? The ONLY thing they care about is disarming the country. And ALL their cognitively deceased manifestations of that shouldn’t matter to True American Patriots.
All that we should worry about is Why haven’t we repealed ALL gun control laws yet, especially the ones making it permanently illegal to have one after you became an ex-con due to intentionally manipulated target focused unconstitutional laws to eventually make most people criminals in some ways shape or form so that they can employ the disarmament law ploy?

If we don’t get off the defeatist cowardly defensive mentality, they’ll continue making so-called laws that eventually make everybody a criminal so they can routinely chop away at the armed citizenry, especially target focused groups that do not intend to give up their guns voluntarily when the government ‘requests that in a buy back operation right before they send ‘inspection teams’ (Swat on Steroids) to do random searches of all persons deemed criminals by the latest agenda based laws?
You don’t believe that? How about the latest two proposals? A new Bill trying to get introduced to make Militia organizations and other “American Patriot” groups and ‘outspoken’ anti-Totalitarian individuals declared to be ‘Domestic Terrorists’! Then followed by a National Biometric data base and facility testing plan (easy to implement with all the labs already available throughout the country to test for work place drugs and Commercial drivers licenses) in the dark stench of the bowels of the brains of the Leftist Totalitarians if they get their Deep State machinery cranking down hard enough to take out Trumpism (less than a year left to the midterms with multi-millions already pouring in from the Left) with their Billionaire Socialist backers. Oh, and what are they going to test and why?

They’ll be testing one and all for two things, to start. Pot, and any other mind altering substance and general mental ‘capability’ with just the brief interview by State hired psychologists/providers to determine if you are too ‘unstable’ to have a firearm. Your regular doctor already can have the police seize all your weapons and prohibit you from having any more depending upon what you say to her with one phone call. And you won’t be able to skirt the issue anymore by buying privatrely. They’ve been working on that for years and if a leftist regime got back in 2020, that’s the first ‘loophole’ they’ll close, along with rapidly ushering in a cashless financial system to further dominate what every one owns, how much they have, what they buy, and so on.

All because we still have the biggest Hitlarian gun confisaction scam ever invented by a criminal POTUS and his cartel, the 1968 Gun Control Act. Without it, they could never passively disarm any current free citizen not incarcerated and thus preclude the firm establishment of a potential anti-Despotic government as per 2nd/A precautions set forth by the visionary Framers in The Consitution.

Kalifornia already has a ‘pilot program’ in the works for surprise checking on current law abiding free citizens who happen to be ex-cons as well to see if they have any guns! The get a list from records and just like the Nazis did in Germany, they intend to go house to house as part of routine police work. If the permanent gun forfeiture law didn’t exist, they could never disarm the populate. Because what good would making laws to make everybody a criminal be if they could still have their guns after they go out of jail. Just like it was before these agenda based laws were made?

And if you arrogantly think it can’t happen to you, Check out a book by Constitutional attorney John Whitehead, “Battlefield America” Where it illustrates how many of us unwittingly commit at least some misdemeanors and even a felony almost every week! Due to the overwhelming amount of laws and statutes both federal and state already in existence?

And the one that’ll was put in the works recently is the entrapment set-up which almost nobody was ‘up in arms about’ and was like a giant bait hook that will eventually get us all when the pieces of the plot all fall in place, The latest questions and revisions on the form 4473 for gun purchases, which will be the base reason for the drug tests required by everyone with a drivers license, and soon to be a new biometric national work i.d. (also in a new bill being proposed) in addition to the 2005 Real I.D. Act already in implementation…and, unfortunately sponsored by a lot of anti-immigration Republicans who haven’t a clue how slippery this makes the slope at this point.

So, never mind all that. Get back on your dimwit go-cart and blame gun manufacturers in Free (for now anyway) Capitalist enterprise for Totalitarian Creep.

And don’t be thankful and protective of the fact yet that we’re the last country left in the world where the citizens can have privately own guns supposedly without any restrictive infringements and no interference from Authority. And our government is controlled by the People, not the other way around…wait a minute.. that might not be true anymore, especially after the next midterm elections?

But they’ll never take our guns away, right? Right? RIGHT?

Curious if anyone actually read this novel.

        • Martin February 13, 2018, 6:35 pm

Yes, I read, and wholeheartedly agreed with each syllable.
The author has both history and fact (not the same thing, though they should be), on his side. Authoritarian governments, of every ilk, despise, fear, the very thought of an armed populace. Even the most cursory look at the past, will bear this out.
If we are to remain free, (although it may be to late) we mustn’t allow any further ground to be lost. If we remain at war with each other, arguing over minor details, instead of standing united, we WILL lose. Perhaps we have already.
No gun is bad, just as none are good, they just are. I feel that this pistol design is a sign of healthy movement in the industry. Innovate or stagnate and die… I prefer growth, ideas, innovation and feel there is room for this design and more.

          Nope.

If you are truly a supporter of the Second Amendment, there are no “ifs”, “ands” or “buts”. Until the government can and will protect every last citizen, we have an absolute right to protect our selves. From any threat, real or imaginary; through any means short of WMDs.

Destined to become a street thug favorite!

  • Cyrus February 13, 2018, 6:31 am

Thanks – our 2A is so Fucking doomed because of these kind of profiteers!

    • NHB February 13, 2018, 7:58 am

      Agree

What pussies you guys are. I hate to say this, but you don’t have the balls to go up against Diane Feinstein. Do you think they were turning on Hugh Hefner when he came out with Playboy? Or do you think they relished fighting for “freedom of speech” on their high horse? What part of “endowed by their creator” do you not get? Stop looking to the Commies on the hill for your rights.

    • Jan Da Man February 13, 2018, 8:56 am

Why don’t you just turn in your guns now? No quarter, take anything you can get, because the anti gunners will.

    • Flippity February 13, 2018, 9:40 am

Calm down there drama queen. How is this somehow worse than the civilian 240 SAW that you can by from FN? How is this worse than a regular AR pistol? The anti’s have been trying to kill the 2A since it was written and will continue to do so. This one tiny entrant into the firearms market isn’t going to change the game in any way.

      • Mahatma Muhjesbude February 13, 2018, 10:54 am

Exactly, What about my semi-auto Ma Deuce replica? Or how is this novelty pistol any worse than a Nazi style Swat team riding around the H.S. football game in a federally ‘gifted’ armored Military Vechicle? Again, We better wash off the brain washing before all is lost? These Totalitarians seem to be winning the propaganda marketing psychology among weak minded sheeple?

    • Josh February 13, 2018, 11:15 am

Do you REALLY think the anti 2A crowd will one day stop and go “ok, no one is making guns scarrier so we’re done protesting and legislating now”. HELL NO. They want our guns. Every one of them. Our choices are NOT going to be dictated by whether or not we are appeasing the pansies! If you take that line of thinking, you are more aligned with the anti 2A than with the patriots who understand the 2A’s purpose. Disgusted.

Concealed carry. As long as you’re happy to stuff it inside your waistband. Looks awesome.
