Noir on Ray Rice, Shaneen Allen: ‘Welcome to anti-gun utopia’

in S.H. Blannelberry

Colion Noir is back with some provocative comments on embattled NFL running back Ray Rice, who punched out his wife in a casino elevator in Atlantic city, and Shaneen Allen, the mother of two and Pennsylvania concealed-carry permit holder who accidentally brought her firearm into New Jersey and was subsequently arrested.

Jim McClain, the Atlantic County prosecutor handling the Rice case is the same one handling Allen’s case. While McCain let Rice off with probation, he appears to be angling to throw the book at Allen, who faces a mandatory minimum sentence of three years under the state’s onerous gun laws.

Noir is calling B.S., and he’s right. Allen made an honest mistake. She shouldn’t be thrown behind bars for simply exercising her Constitutional right to keep and bear arms for self-defense.

Beautifully & eloquently said! I think it would be both hilarious and MOST instructive to have you debate know-it-all-anti-gunner Samantha Bee! You, Sir, have a new & devoted follower! While we do have intelligent, even intellectual pundits on “our side”, you present a cogent, easily-understandable and followable (?) argument — one that speaks DIRECTLY to the people, not over or below them. THANK YOU!!!
