New Jersey: Where Rights Go To Die

in 2nd Amendment – R2KBA, Authors, Current Events, S.H. Blannelberry, This Week

Some people argue that New Jersey is the armpit of America. I’ve been there, and I actually thought it was quite nice in the more rural areas I visited.

Yet, when it comes to the treatment of the Second Amendment there is no dispute. New Jersey has an institutional hostility toward gun owners that is pervasive in law enforcement and government.

In the video above, NRA News investigative reporter Ginny Simone reports once again on the feckless Jersey justice system that is antipathetic to the Second Amendment.

“Pretty much the only thing he did wrong is he owned a gun and had it in New Jersey,” said Brad Fletcher of his brother.

As co-owner of a company that repairs cell towers, Brian Fletcher and his crews were responding to an emergency call that sent them to New Jersey where half a million people were without power due to a storm. But in an instant, Brian went from helping people to getting a crash course in “Jersey justice.”

Not very long ago a New York police officer traveling from New York to Florida pulled over in NO to take a nap and same thing happened to him now he’s a felon. I do blame the arresting officer no one needs to enforce unconditional laws.
