Anti-gun politicians in the New Jersey Legislature are moving swiftly to enact a package of draconian gun control during the current lame-duck session.

NRA is urging citizens to take action to prevent these bills from becoming law.

“These hastily and poorly written bills will do nothing to prevent crime and everything to inhibit New Jersey residents’ constitutional right to self-defense,” warns the group’s Institute for Legislative Action.

“New Jersey has some of the toughest gun laws in the country, and rather than crack down on criminals, the Majority party is fixated on targeting the state’s law-abiding gun owners,” it continues.

Earlier this week, the Assembly Judiciary Committee passed the following:

  • A.1280/S.103 bans firearms .50 Caliber and greater.
  • A.1292/S.1481 requires registration of handgun ammunition.
  • A.3686/S.372 requires new residents to register firearms brought into the state.
  • A.5030/S.2169 requires mandatory training to get an FID card.  Renewable every four years.
  • A.5647/S.3757 requires mandatory storage of firearms and renders self-defense obsolete.
  • A.5787/S.3826 requires all new handguns to be equipped with microstamping.  This is nothing more than a clever way to block the future sale of traditional handguns.
  • A.6218 allows the Attorney General to bring cause of action for certain public nuisance violations arising from sale or marketing of firearms.

The full Assembly will likely consider the slate in the coming weeks and a separate Senate Committee will take up a vote on some of them this Thursday.

Gov. Phil Murphy has wholeheartedly endorsed the package. Earlier this month, the governor vowed to get something done before the next legislative session starts in January.

“Over the past four years, New Jersey has become a national leader on gun safety,” Murphy said in a statement on Dec. 2.

“We must continue to build on that progress and make our state safer for the over nine million people who call New Jersey home,” he continued. “Today, I am proud to further commit to this goal, and I hope to work with my Legislative partners to take this step by the end of this legislative session.”

State of my birth, and an ecstatic escapee. If God wanted to give the world an enemy, New Jersey is where he’d insert the nozzle.

Here they go again. These far leftist politicians must lay in bed at night masterbating about new gun laws.

Say, isn’t New Jersey a island off the coast of North Korea run by power crazed politiicians?

Isn’t New Jersey headquarters of the mafia?
I wonder how many of these politicians have mob figures for friends and campaign donations?

Maybe if the demoncrap run cities would stop listening to a bunch of loud mouth criminals, rioters , looters , protesters and arsonist and stopped trying to defund-abolish the police and let the police go out and arrest these criminals and put them in prison for long sentences then the crime rate would go down. It’s as simple as that.

New Jersey has some of the worst gun laws in America. But their evil, far leftist power crazed politicians yell out ” we need more gun laws”! What about all the laws on the books now? Why haven’t they stopped all crime?

There are over 25,000 gun laws on the books But the demoncrap politicians say they aren’t enough.
On a survival site, it said that there are over 2 million laws on the books in America, with something like 50 to 100 more added each day. It is said a person can’t drive to work or go grocery shopping without breaking half a dozen laws, so that makes everyone a criminal and that’s what the politiicians want.

These demoncrap run cities have a “no bail required” and let criminals back on to the streets to commit even more crimes. Many demoncrap run cities have a $1.00 bail for those who commit murder and release them back to the streets to commit more murders.

In commiefornia, shoplifter’s walk into clothing stores and grab arm fulls of clothes off the racks and walk out to a waiting car and drive off. No one does anything execpt to film them on their cell phones. If and when these shoplifter’s are ever caught, they are not charged with any crime ( even if they are carrying a handgun) and are let go because they are a minority and are “poor”

The far leftist politicians want to ban all semi auto rifles claiming that all street gangs and drug dealers and felons have them. What nonsense. It is already illegal for a drug dealer, street gang or felon to have any type of firearm.

Rifles of any kind and are used in only 400 shootings a year.
Hands and feet kill between 1,700 and 2,000 a year.
Car accidents kill over 50,000 a year.
Illegal drugs kill over 100,000 a year.
Doctors kill over 100,000 a year through malpractice.
Cancer kills over 1 million a year.

Many of these demoncrap run cities have a ” gun buy back” and give people a $50 gift certificate to purchase tennis shoes. If they have a firearm that they no longer want they can take it to a gun shop and sell it and get more money for it.

At these “gun buy backs”, the police have surveillance vans watching and taking photos and videos of everyone who shows up and of their car license plate number. The police will have a undercover agent in disguise putting guns on the tables . ( that were picked up from time scene). to make the “gun buy back” look more effective. And then the politiicians say “crime will go down now”.

If they really wanted to save lives, how about a “car buy back”? Since cars kill over 50,000 a year, twice as many as firearms. Think of the lives to be saved!

The Border Patrol has no more room for all of the illegals coming up from Central America and Haiti and they are putting them on busses and planes and sending them off to major cities and the crime rate goes up,. along with the CV rate, measles, small pox, tuberculosis, polio and lepersy and mumps. . But you never hear about this on the nightly news media.

The Central America and South America countries are emptying out their prisons and jails and sending all the prisoners and convicts to America and the administration welcomes them.

The administration has had sections of the border wall taken down and sold off for scrap. So this allows the cartels, M 13 gang members, drug dealers, street gangs, terrorists, spies and prostitutes to cross the border and the administration welcomes them.

Many Americans are being evicted from their apartments and homes and the administration has plans to give these apartments and homes to the illegals.

Many Texas border towns and Yuma Arizona are over run with illegals. Cars are being stolen, people are being mugged, illegals go up to houses banging on the front door demanding money, and to be driven to a major city. Finish the border wall now!

AOC and the squad want to repeal the 2nd amendment. AOC and the squad want to replace the Constitution and Bill of Rights with something out of Castro and Stalin handbook.
AOC and the squad want to replace the American flag too.

The administration wants banks and credit card companies to report any customers that are purchasing guns and ammo saying this will stop crime and terrorists.

The gun banning politicians want to pass a bill to make everyone who purchases one box of ammo to get a background check and have to wait seven days before they can pick it up, again claiming this will stop crime and terrorists.

The gun banning groups are joining up with the hunting banning groups to ban all hunting in America. They figure if they can ban hunting, then why would you need a hunting gun? And that “hunting guns” should be banned. See how these groups work?

These hunting banning groups and gun banning groups are run and funded by Micheal Bloomberg, George Soros, the Chinese government, the U N.,. Russia,. North Korea and Mexico.

Remember that a country cannot be taken over by foreign country if all it’s citizens own firearms.

China wants Australia, New Zealand, and America.
Don’t forget that during WW2, Germany and Japan had plans to invade the east coast and the west coast of America but were afraid of all the Americans who owned guns. Nowadays, the sheeple in commiefornia would welcome them as their savior’s.

Gun control is not about stopping crime. It’s all about control, “controlling Americans”. The evil, far leftist politicians say ” we are your masters. You are our New World Order Slaves. We will do with you what we like. We are your gods, you will get down on your knees and bow before us and worship us or else you will be put into the cattle cars and be transported to the concentration extermination camps!”

Why is it that back in the 1950’s, one could walk into a hardware store, gun shop or mail order all kinds of firearms with no background checks, paperwork, and no waiting period and crime was much lower back then?

Support and join pro gun groups and pro hunting groups.

Support and protect your right to keep and own all types of firearms and accessories.

Buy more guns, ammo and accessories now before it’s too late.

We used to vacation in Jersey every summer until the Kasinos ruined Atlantic City. Moved to southern towns until the fags overran them. Now with their draconian gun laws we’ll never set foot in the cesspool of Jersey ever again.Ferk them !!

Be the leader? Nah, NJ is just trying to keep up with California.
    1. California banned .50 BMG years ago; it is what caused Barret to move out of state. Funny thing is, there is no evidence that .50 BMG has been used criminally, so the bill is about fear and the perception of danger rather than any actual risk.
    2. California has a similar law, and the actual ammo isn’t registered, like stamps on individual cases, but instead a recording of sales scheme. The California law requires the same information, but it is electronically transmitted to the California DOJ. Plus the law requires a mini-background check against the DOJ maintained list of prohibited persons before sale.
    3. California has required registration of firearms brought into the state for years, but adds a prohibition of +10 mags–so if you have them, you have to leave them behind.
    4. California requires a Firearm Safety Certificate (FSC) that is obtained by a written test of gun safety rules and a $25 fee. Good for four years.
    5. California state has a safe storage law for persons who have minors in or visiting their homes, and criminal penalties attach if an injury results from an unauthorized use. State law does not otherwise require safe storage, but a number of counties and cities (LA and SF for example) have enacted local ordinances requiring safe storage as does this proposal. I don’t know why these people insist on unloaded handguns and keeping ammo in a separate locked container though. The only exception to the requirement is if you sleep with your gun strapped on. Even more ridiculously, these laws apply even to people who live alone.
    6. California invented the microstamping law, and although it went into effect in 2013 (thanks Kamala Harris), there is yet a single microstamping handgun on the market. All handguns appearing on the “Roster” were grandfathered in, so there is still a supply, but it is diminishing (as in fewer and fewer pistol models for sale). The law does not apply to revolvers. Another law intended to speed up the process of dumping guns off the Roster was held to be unconstitutional, Plus the market for used guns is unabated.
