The Nevada Department of Public Safety recently released an updated list of out-out-state carry permits which are now recognized in Nevada. Several changes were made to the list as a result of Senate Bill 175 which passed the Nevada Legislature last year and was signed into law by Governor Sandoval on June 2, 2015. Effective July 1, 2016, the State of Nevada now recognizes concealed weapons permits from the following states:
Alaska
Arizona
Arkansas
Florida
Idaho Enhanced Permit
Illinois
Kansas
Kentucky
Louisiana
Massachusetts
Michigan
Minnesota
Mississippi Enhanced Permits
Montana
Nebraska
New Mexico
North Carolina
North Dakota (both types of permits)
Ohio
Oklahoma
South Carolina
South Dakota Enhanced Permit
Tennessee
Texas
Utah
Virginia
West Virginia
Wisconsin
Wyoming
Eff Nevada from a Missouri permit holder.
We are the chumps of ccw states because we let all ccw in Missouri. Including many states who don’t recognize our permits.
