Heard of the movie “Inception”? Well, this is DemolitionRanch’s version of that, as he describes it, “A shell within a shell within a shell.”

These things came and went in about six months. They were all over at gun shows a year ago, and now not a one to be seen. Can anyone name a more un-ergonomic, unsightly, unsafe, impractical firearm? I never heard the marketing pitch for these, but it was probably similar to the big sell of Obamacare.

Y’all need to lighten up a little and relax…..you’re taking life way to serious!!! He likes to have fun!! If you’d take a hot second to watch a few of Demo Ranches vids you’d know he’s all about safety and warning folks to not do his stunts at home. He also has been “abusing” his shotgun from the beginning of time….and yes it’s still being abused!! A testament to the toughness of that old Mossberg shotgun. So if you don’t have anything good to say or anything positive to add to this post….then keep your negative uppity mouth shut!!! If your nose was stuck up any higher and you fat mouths open any wider you’d drown when it rains!!! Carry on Guns America….some of us still have un-perfect open minds!!

Keep on doing what your doing. I find it entertaining. I feel for your safety at times but it’s fun to see some of the shit you do. Some of the haters on here have nothing better to do but put others down. Ease up folks.

We all might as well quit fighting it. We gun owners are generally a bunch of idiots. No sense trying to pretend otherwise. We prove it time and time again with videos such as this one, picked by GunsAmerica as a “top 10” video, which we all watched begining to end even after we figured out what it was about.

  • Richard January 1, 2015, 8:57 pm

A agree ! this is totally unacceptable, I am disappointed in Guns america as well, whoever ok’ed this one needs to go to work for TOSH 2.0 !!! BAD CALL GUYS

  • Dave Walker January 1, 2015, 5:37 pm

I can’t wait for his final video entitled, “Hey! Watch this!”

  • Ian Yrthos January 1, 2015, 4:18 pm

I agree that this is unwise and unsafe, but:
To all of you people that think this video should be taken down before other people can watch it…

Why did YOU watch it (when the title and image CLEARLY show what the video is about), and what makes YOU think YOU are qualified, capable, and smart enough to decide what all others should or should not watch?

  • Kmann January 1, 2015, 4:16 pm

Proof that young people have no sense of logic or science. I taught science in a local college and I was always amazed at the stupidity. Also I saw a couple of this idiots videos on youtube and already learned to avoid it.

  • Ian January 1, 2015, 4:07 pm

I agree that stunts like this are unwise and unsafe, but:
All of you people that think this video should be taken down so other people can’t see it…

If you think this stuff should not be available for people to see, why did YOU watch it, and don’t we all have the same right to watch whatever we want that YOU do?

Or do you think you, perhaps, are more capable of watching this without being somehow seduced into doing it yourself than every one else?

  • goober January 1, 2015, 3:36 pm

    He’s a Republican, I take it.

  • Ed January 1, 2015, 1:08 pm

Shame on you Guns America for sponsoring the antics of an idiot. What were you thinking about- this is funny ? This is cool? How do you think this kind of idiocy contributes to the 2nd amendment and its supporters? Whoever in your organization let this become a part of your published material should be fired for general lack of competence and peramantly classified as a dumb ass. Take me off of your subscriber list.

  • Mike January 1, 2015, 12:26 pm

Won’t be long till we see this guy’s final video. Every action he takes is straight from the “Don’t do that” book.
He even admits he doesn’t know if the extra shells fired, so what’s the point??

The only smart thing he does is choose not to hold the gun when it’s fired. Maybe the sandbags will control the shrapnel when that barrel finally explodes.

  • Kenneth January 1, 2015, 12:09 pm

If fin idiot! Stupid is Stupid does, huh

  • Willy January 1, 2015, 11:25 am

Shame on you gunsamerica for posting such a stupid video. We as firearm owners have a responsibility to promote firearms safety, say nothing about making all gun owners look like a bunch of bubba’s because of crap like this. I hope you come to your senses and delete this posting before someone gets hurt or killed screwing around like this, if they do their blood is on your hands.

  • LarryL January 1, 2015, 10:51 am

I really think Guns America did a disservice to its readers and the general shooting world by putting this video in its News and Reviews site.

Foolish antics such as this give ignorant individuals ideas for dangerous stunts that could get someone injured or killed. I can see the headlines now. “Billy Bob Goodolboy was killed today when attempting to perform a trick he learned watching a video from Guns America.” Just what responsible gun owners need, more fuel for the gun-grabbing anti-second amendment crowd.

  • KCAL January 1, 2015, 10:28 am

This moron is clearly violating the gun safety rule that says to make sure you barrel is clear of obstructions!

  • Mark Tupper January 1, 2015, 9:59 am

Dipshit! What’s the point other than giving another moron a dumbass idea that just might end up in the news as negative gun press.

  • tom January 1, 2015, 9:08 am

I am saddened that you would bother to put this on your website. This idiot will soon be gone proving Darwin’s Theory.

  • Pat Riot January 1, 2015, 9:02 am

    Stupid and dangerous.

No thought was given to chamber pressure.

I wonder what stresses were put on the shotgun with the barrel obstructions,,,

    Waste of ammo.

    • stuart January 1, 2015, 1:51 pm

Agreed, This video should be titled, ”what NOT to do ever with a gun” he’s going to get some idiots face/hands blown off by trying to mimick this stupidity.

  • Ed January 1, 2015, 6:57 am

    Ignorant^2

  • John Wallace January 1, 2015, 6:48 am

For anybody willing to have his head examined, there are surely ways which are more fun than this. The second most important thing that is missing here is any information or demonstration of the results you would get from a shotgun shell as usually constituted. The third most (if it isn’t a tie) is a good answer to give when law enforcement or the prosecution ask why you weren’t content with an ordinary, over-the-counter shotgun shell. I suspect that there is a fourth, and a fifth…

  • Russ October 21, 2014, 11:59 pm

    Poor shotgun
That wasn’t as cool as it was sad.
I know he’s just #u@king off, but I would rather have seen him give those shotguns to a needy novice.
Very wasteful. It reminds me of when they crash nice cars in movies

    • DaveW January 1, 2015, 3:15 am

You might be surprised how many of those cars are not what you think are being destroyed. Gone in 60 seconds used something like 6 clones, some with auto trans and some standard. When all is said and done, Many of the cars are taken back to the studio lot or a private company where they are rebuilt to be used again. Many of the cars you see may be just crafted to look like something else… kinda like a Camaro and a Firebird are pretty much the same car other than some body panels. Late model cars are cheap to get for movies. The manufacturer writes off most of the cost as advertising and they give the cars to the studio. That’s how the CA Highway patrol got 5.0 Mustangs in the 1970s for a reported $6,000 per car. Treating a shotgun like a car, however, is pure sin. You can get a car about anywhere, but getting a shotgun is getting harder to do. NY and CA just added a gob of new anti-gun laws, and CA dropped a bunch of firearms from the approved list for sale in the state.

  • Russ Darrow October 21, 2014, 2:22 pm

    can’t fix stupid ………

  • merrell October 20, 2014, 11:57 am

Stupid and dangerous. What’s the point? 12 gauge any buck shot is more effective, cheaper, and doesn’t need to be placed in a vise while waiting for a hapless target to walk in front of this rig. I think even the publishing of this article is irresponsible of GunsAmerica.

    • Michael January 1, 2015, 7:58 am

      Agreed.

      • gj January 2, 2015, 12:20 pm

Agreed, belongs with Youtube skateboarders jumping skyscraper to skyscraper..

  • terry October 20, 2014, 11:07 am

One of the most idiotic and senseless things I’ve seen so far today!!

    • Rex January 1, 2015, 11:25 am

We’re all suckers for watching the video. Forrest said it best. “Stupid is as stupid does” Definition of the statement: It means that an intelligent person who does stupid things is still stupid. You are what you do. A good one to remember!

    • Johnny Robinson January 1, 2015, 4:24 pm

Notice this ‘idiot’ refused to manually shot the shotgun with any of the loads presented; pure stupidity!

      • Allen johnson January 2, 2015, 3:00 pm

Why criticize someone for doing what he wants to do. You chose to watch it for whatever reason but like they say” if you ain’t got nothing nice to say…”
