Grand Jury Indicts Will Hayden for Aggravated, Forcible Rape

An East Baton Rouge Parish grand jury indicted ‘Sons of Guns’ television star Will Hayden on three counts of rape Wednesday, the Times-Picayune reported.

Hayden, 49, stands accused of raping two young girls, one of which is believed to be his daughter.

According to the police records, Hayden’s daughter told investigators back in July that she was raped “almost daily,’ since March of 2013 when she was only 11 years old, and that she didn’t say anything because Hayden told her, “don’t tell them nothing because I’m all you got.”

The other alleged victim claims that Hayden raped her in the early 1990s when she was a preteen. She told police that Hayden abused her while she was staying at his home following a fire that burned down her family’s house.

Frank Holthaus, Hayden’s legal representation, did not offer a comment as he had yet to see the indictment.

If convicted on all three counts — two counts of aggravated rape and one count of forcible rape — Hayden would be given a mandatory life sentence.

These are indictments, not convictions. Please hold your ire. I believe all rapists should get the death penalty but let’s wait until we’re sure or at least he’s found guilty before we string him up.

This used to be one of my favorite shows, until this rape thing came out. What the he** was he thinking? I served 5 years as a U.S. Marine, one of those years in Chu Lai Vietnam. I have seen some pretty crazy characters during my service but this takes the cake. If Hayden is convicted then he should be stripped of any and all affiliation with the U.S.M.C.. Semper-Fi means just that, always faithful. Will seems to have lost sight of that.

Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty in this country. If Hayden is guilty of a crime then he should be punished accordingly. Two NYPD officers get executed in their cruiser, while protests continue against police brutality. So what does the Mayor do? Tries to stop the protestors. C’mon the whole country is circling the bowl. Why are our politicians so hell bent on violating our constitutional rights. Why don’t these assholes sit back and look at the big picture. Who pays their salary? Who is it that put them in the positions they are in? Who is it that is paying for all the bad decisions they make? We do, the people. God Bless America! I still believe that We the People, will pull this country out of the black hole that Obama and his crippled cronies have put us in.

Disgusting. I hope the pervert gets life. Both his daughters plus a family friend, darn, that’s rough. It breaks my heart he was a Marine, I hope he gets two life terms, one for breaking the brotherhoods honor and trust.

Amen Brother. It is so disgusting what he “allegedly” did to these children.I’m heartsick to think that a Marine could do this.I was seventeen when I graduated boot camp and I still believe at sixty-five that Marines should live to a higher standard. If in fact he did these despicable acts,he will be “dead “to all Marines.Semper fi…

Although I only watched the show infrequently, as they were too far “out there” for my type of gunsmiths. I said something to my wife about Will’s demeanor when I first viewed “Sons of Guns”. I thought something was wrong there, I wasn’t sure what, though he screws up all the time, has little practical firearms knowledge or experience, and he seems to enjoy playing the court jester, who thinks he can screw up, and off, because he is Stephanie’s hubby. Chris should have been fired long ago. Now all this happens. It is a wonder that RedJacket” survives at all. Too many outlandish projects, with little practical use and many functionality problems, which all seem to be contrived just for the show. I feel bad for Hayden’s kids. All of them. Good riddance to a terrible show! And, if proven guilty, Hayden deserves what he gets!

    I hate hearing this crap.
Weather it’s true or not, nobody but the one’s involved will ever know.
That’s why the rest of us should have no opinion of it at all.
You just placed a steaming pile of crap in front of us to ponder.

Good point. While that rape, especially of a child, is a horrible crime justifying a death penalty (child molesters typically don’t get “rehabilitated” in prison – they just get out and do it again) PLEASE note that the report states that the man was INDICTED, not CONVICTED of the offense. After a fair trial and conviction, it’s appropriate that people know who the sex offenders are in their communities. Until then, the matter should NOT be tried in the court of public opinion. This is such an emotional issue that pre-trial publicity virtually precludes a fair trial.

I was skeptical until his older daughter Stephanie came out in support of her little sister and had her own story to tell. I for one believe forceable rape of a minor should be a capital offense. Hayden should get a fair trial and be punished to the limit of the law.

The rape of a child that age was a capital offense in LA until an idiot court threw out the law.
