Folded Pocket CCW Glock 19 Project- Full Conceal – SHOT Show 2017

Full Conceal
https://www.fullconceal.com/

I can’t say that I agree with the thinking behind Full Conceal, but it’s kind of neat to see someone take a new idea and run with it when it comes to the gun market. Will this one succeed and come to fruition? It’ll be a lot harder in the 2017 gun market than it was in prior years, but you never know.

Folded Pocket CCW Glock 19 Project- Full Conceal - SHOT Show 2017

The “Model 1” design from Full Conceal.

The concept of Full Conceal starts with the idea that you are somehow better off with a folded in half full sized service length pistol than you would be with a true pocket pistol and extra mags…against an AR-15 and an assailant with a purpose. er, is true never.

A true pocket pistol, like the Springfield XD-S that I carry, has a smaller sight radius, so long shots are harder to aim than on a full slide, but at gunfight distances that isn’t a factor. Likewise the lesser velocity of a slightly shorter barrel. As explained in our now famous “Center Mass Myth” article, if you don’t hit the central nervous system with a pistol round, the guy is going to keep coming anyway.

The “Model 2” design.

But anyway. The fold down trigger idea is pretty cool. To think that Glock stormed the world back in the 80s with their trigger design and internals, and now Full Conceal is flipping that right on its head and replacing that with it’s own fold down trigger, well that’s really something. I guess the “engineers” at Full Conceal decided it didn’t need that silly safety paddle, and I’m sure they’ve put it on a machine to fold it up and down and pull the trigger thousands of times to see when it fails.

Or maybe they just sitting around at night watching Magnum PI reruns and keep a running count of flipping it up down rack pull click. Fold it up fold it down rack pull click. Tom Selleck was so young then.

The Model 1 comes with two magazines.

[/one_half_last]

I thought it was funny that he got the idea from the Aurora shooting. You know, the one with the bloody footprints walking the wrong way… This product is about as real as that shooting, and I can’t in good conscience encourage anyone to put their own money against it.

If you do decide to do that, at your own peril, they are at least “guaranteeing” that you’ll get your money back if things don’t work out, or in the case of the Model 2, if they decide to put your model off indefinitely.

Explaining what the difference is between the first and second model is not easy, but I’ll try.

The Model 1 is essentially a magazine holder that mounts on your front rail. You cut your Glock’s trigger guard and the mag well, and a standard 10 round magazine fits in the magazine holder, sliding down to just in front of the trigger.

I don’t know about you, but that scares the hell out of me, if I were to carry a round in the pipe. The magazine is like a giant pushbutton for your trigger. There is a “stop” there, but everything is of course made of plastic, so I think the product is ill conceived, and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The Model 2 is really a newly designed actual firearm, and you should think of it as such. The design is similar to the Mod 1, where the magazine is mounted to your rail, but it is made to hold a full length 17 round mag, with a 3 round Full Conceal extension. This inserts to a hole in the mag well of the firearm. The magazine travels under a foldup trigger, similar to the 1836 technology of the Colt Paterson. I question how robust that mechanism will be under use.

Inserting the magazine into the Model 2.

The most interesting thing about the project is that he doesn’t know which firearm slide will fit the first Model 2. It will depend on how many deposits they take, and which firearms people want to fit on the Model 2. I know it sounds convoluted and it is.

What I can say is that in my experience, “fully funded” means that someone has agreed to put in seed capital to get through the production process, but the checks come in as needed, not in one lump sum. It could be that they already have all of the money in hand, and I wish them luck. But if they don’t, the investor could pull out any time if the business model does not seem sound.

What are your thoughts about Full Conceal’s offerings?

This year is going to be sobering for the entire gun industry, that has been on a drunken spree for 8 years, and especially since 2012. Ill-conceived projects like this used to have to be able to tap the over-the-top demand out there, and succeed for a time, but I doubt this one will even get out of the gate. If they do, we’ll try to get review product and show you how it works. You can reach Full Conceal in Las Vegas (big surprise) at (702) 563-4466.

Guys (& gals) I have an 11 shot 40 caliber Beretta Storm sub compact sitting in my right front jeans pocket. You don’t have to manipulate it in any way before you squeeze off the first double action round with all others reverting to single action. If, in a stressful situation, I’m pulling out my gun, I don’t want to have to try to insert a magazine or rack one into the chamber or even take off a safety. How about you?

  • Rob July 14, 2017, 6:16 pm

Interesting, but I don’t need that level of concealment. I have my license, but we can carry open or concealed. I really don’t care if your feelings get hurt by seeing my firearm.

  • Monica May 19, 2017, 3:14 am

I wouldn’t let that guy point his gun at me while he is explaining how it works.

  • ppcgm February 9, 2017, 12:27 pm

I hate glocks so I don’t care what they do to one. I’m still not going to fire the thing when I’m just waiting for it blow up in my hand like the only one I ever owned did. KERBLAM !

  • Peacekeeper February 8, 2017, 8:02 pm

    Dumbest idea I’ve ever seen.

    • Saracen February 9, 2017, 3:09 am

      🙂

  • 1Evergreen February 8, 2017, 7:28 pm

Say you’re getting carjacked and some scumbag is pulling you out by your left arm. Do you ask him to kindly let go so you can assemble your Transformer pistol?

    • Eric Haulenbeek February 8, 2018, 5:56 am

I think this weapon has a lot of potential. It opens in a snap and allows one to spend a lot of stopping power if needed. The one fault I can see is weight. I carry 10 rounds in my Glock 19 and that seems heavy now. As an aside to your argument though a lot of us carry a Bond Arms pistol that’s cross-drawn (left holstered/ right-hand draw) and made just for situations like the one you’re posing. It’s only a 2-shot weapon but I doubt there’s a punk anywhere who will get past it when loaded with 2 .410 slugs. Very fast on the draw too! It doesn’t take the place of my Glock 19, which did misfire one time when it was new, but it’s a nice little piece of hardware to have when you’re planning on driving through one of those areas. I keep it in my center console all the time… almost!

  • Nelesja February 8, 2017, 6:26 pm

    Worst idea ever!

  • Beachhawk February 8, 2017, 2:55 am

    That’s not for me.

  • ranb February 8, 2017, 1:26 am

By the time you got the thing operational the perp would have used all his bullets on you and if he could figure it out would have an extra weapon/reload. This kind of thing is also ammo for anti-gunners:”shooter uses concealed carry to increase victim count”. My point being if you can’t help the situation don’t make it worse. I don’t think this kind of thing is gonna help much of anything except decrease your blood pressure!

    • Bill Myers February 8, 2017, 7:23 am

Exactly…how in the hell are you going to get this to work when the suspect brandishes a weapon. Now TWO perps? Yeah this is complete rubbish….please send me a list of folks that buy this and I will sell them land. You can see it in low tide.

  • Smoking Joe February 8, 2017, 12:05 am

This is the stupidest idea I have seen in a very long time. I hope this company goes bankrupt for coming up with such a poor idea. Dumba$$es!!!

  • FirstStateMark February 7, 2017, 6:54 pm

Hey, if you like it and think it’s cool go for it! For the rest of us, forget it! To each his own. (craziest fuc*in’ idea i ever heard of)

    • quartermeter February 7, 2017, 9:09 pm

Nothing’s FOLDED. The mag is just not in it…it’s useless untill you take it apart and put the mag in….What’s the use. Carry a 26 or 27 mag in and an xtra mag. I think Glock lost their mind.

      • Lookagain February 11, 2017, 1:20 am

This isn’t glocks design. It is a company that cut up a glock and attemempted to make it easier to conceal. Bad idea …yes ..glocks doing or fault NO

  • Scotty Gunn February 7, 2017, 5:41 pm

Just eat more. I did , and now can hide a full size 17 or 1911 IWB easily!

  • Arclight February 7, 2017, 5:16 pm

    …Wow, that’s an AD waiting to happen…

  • 357WillSC February 7, 2017, 5:04 pm

I know there are dumber products out there, but I just can’t think of one right now!

  • Joe Pesci February 7, 2017, 3:36 pm

Very stupid idea. No trigger guard to boot lmao.

    • Just Sayin... February 7, 2017, 4:35 pm

Why do you need a trigger guard? It looks like it would work just fine, as long as you’re not concerned with it’s aesthetics. Figured some would kick up a fuss do to the lack of actual grip. And on that note, it will be just another come and go fad. Some will swear by it and others will whine about the recoil and the lack of a grip, while others will come out of left field and complain about something completely unforeseen like, no trigger guard. People are never totally satisfied with anything.

  • Rob February 7, 2017, 3:01 pm

Why not just do a longer slide & barrel on a G26? Can still pull and fire quickly with flush 10rd mag then carry a full-size mag if you truly believe you need more ammo. Or possibly just carry a regular compact or full-size and be done with it.

  • rob February 7, 2017, 2:20 pm

Absolutely f’n retarded. Same goes for the gun.

  • W Florey February 7, 2017, 12:40 pm

WOW… NO WAY! Not for me. As a couple other people have commented a CCW need to work immediately as soon as it clears leather, ever time…if you want to live! I love my G33 and will keep carrying it.

    • BUURGA February 7, 2017, 1:56 pm

Quick draws lead to quick convictions. I agree this idea needs more work. But, the prevailing attitude that a CCW ‘quick-draw’ holster is a must is nonsense. Situational awareness should make a quick draw unnecessary. If its that bad the gun should already be out. Unless you’re wearing a western-style holster, don’t count on quick response to seal the deal, despite what so many Utube experts are telling you. CCW should be the LAST resort, NOT the first. That being sad this products design is not ready for self defense.

      • Darrell February 7, 2017, 2:32 pm

This would never be my first draw in any type of situation. You would be the first victim.

  • Mike February 7, 2017, 12:21 pm

I’m not sure what the fascination is, with people thinking they need to prepare for an Iraq style engagement? As if Aurora style shooting are happening all the time. Personally I think these people fantasizes about engagements and how they will be the “Hero of the day!”
If 5 rounds of 357 magnum doesn’t stop or deescalate a situation, I never had a chance anyway!

  • Wade W February 7, 2017, 12:04 pm

What Problem would this Handgun Solve?
When faced with a Life or Death Self-Defense Situation, He who Draws & Fires his firearm the fastest, USUALLY LIVES, whether they Hit the Perpetrator Or Not, Kill or Scares Perp Away. If anyone thinks different, just watch a dozen or so videos of Actual Self-Defense Shootings or any Type of Shootings.
    Hey PROBLEM SOLVERS, Here are a Few Truth’s I’ve Learned In Life;
#1. I (You) DON’T (or can’t) Drive a Vehicle without Fuel (Sorry TreeHuggers, even a PRIUS requires Fossil Fuel),
#2. I (You) DON’T Skydive without a Parachute or 2 (at least not more than once unless you are Really, Really, Lucky), AND #3. I (You) CAN’T (in Self-Defense or any other time) shoot a Bad Guy (or Girl) with a UNLOADED GUN!
If you know a way around these 3 Truth’s, I’M ALL EARS???

    • BUURGA February 7, 2017, 1:59 pm

The one who shoots the straightest wins, not the fastest. Don’t make too much of the many ‘experts’ on videos, most have no clue.

      • Bj February 7, 2017, 6:06 pm

Doesn’t matter how straight you shoot if your the first to receive a bullet.

  • Dave Frost February 7, 2017, 11:56 am

Mr. Helinski might want to curb his political commentary as it applies to those of us stuck in the Peoples’ Republic of California. His comment about how “We don’t care about the people in California. They shouldn’t elect those people” is not very supportive of those of us who are conservative (about 1/3) and don’t live in the metropolitan areas along the coast. Either support those of us who are like the rest of the conservatives and gun owners in this country, or skip the commentary.

    • David hamilton February 7, 2017, 1:02 pm

Agreed. Unless a person has lived in one of the great ‘social sinkhole’ states, it just doesn’t register. Glib, off-handed & unfair are such comments. If not for Seattle, Washington State would probably be conservative, same for Portland and Oregon. California has more than one socialist urban area so is not as obvious as the single city examples, but the premise remains the same. I have friends in CA, WA and OR who are very conservative. They can’t easily leave, at present. Picking up and starting over when near retirement is not easy, no matter how easily the advice rolls off the tongues of those in ‘Safe States’ (no such thing). They lobby, donate and vote. However, itis difficult to compete with liberals who ‘liberally’ give away tax dollars in order to buy votes. The more ‘free shix’ you give folks, the more they are going to want and protect the source by keeping them in office. I lived in CA and feel for those who are financially , socially, or career-wise trapped for the moment.

  • Ragdoll February 7, 2017, 11:48 am

Think as a woman I’ll stick to my baby Glock 26. That having to put together is the crucial seconds you need in a conceal situation.

  • JoshO February 7, 2017, 11:30 am

A Block with no trigger guard and a magazine being pushed into it in your pocket to boot. Why don’t you just shoot your naughty bits off now and get it over with.

  • Larry February 7, 2017, 11:27 am

This is pure baloney! How dumb can you get, Glock?

  • Steven S.Baum February 7, 2017, 11:25 am

NO, not just no but HELL NO !.
I am totally convinced that anyone can conceal a G-19 —- IF they see a good reason to do so.
That being the case,I am not about to risk a VERY real chance of an AD to see if I can pocket carry a gun .

  • Larry February 7, 2017, 11:24 am

  • Noel February 7, 2017, 11:19 am

I usually like reading these articles as I believe they give solid factual info. I find it disturbing that the reviewer feels that these articles should be a vehicle for lending crediblility to conspiracy theories. My relatives that live in that area and attended a funeral of one of the victims would probably agree with me that eyewitnesses have more crediblity than fringe alternate reality.

  • John February 7, 2017, 11:11 am

Maybe they’ll have collector value after they’re out of business?

  • Victor February 7, 2017, 11:03 am

The debate over carrying with a round in the chamber vs needing to rack is passé. So is the thumb safety debate. Now we can talking about assembled vs unassembled carry.

  • Kalashnikov Dude February 7, 2017, 10:51 am

This really is bad. It serves no practical purpose because it doesnt make the gun more concealable. It actually adds to the total space the gun takes up in your pocket, and prevents the use of a holster. It adds weight as well. You would be better served to just tape the cost of this to your gun in some inconspicuous place. At least the cash can be useful in a number of specific situations. Heck of a lot more than this travesty. And it weighs less and doesnt take up near as much space. Kudos for finding a backer. Great that someone is at least trying. But this aint going anywhere.

  • Miles Ixtysix February 7, 2017, 10:44 am

Couldn’t help but cringe all the way through. Muzzle discipline is a deeply ingrained behavior that makes watching such negligence intolerable, to thepoint that anything they could be saying sounds like Charlie Brown’s parents and teachers talking.

  • Dain Bramage February 7, 2017, 10:39 am

If they could redesign the mag to clear the trigger guard, it wouldn’t be a bad way to store an extra mag with a regularly functioning gun.

  • bill February 7, 2017, 10:22 am

Someone wanted to invent something really bad, even if there was little use for it. I think the free market will speak to the inventors. I will carry my conventional G19 if I want 15 rounds or the more compact KelTec PF-9 which conceals very nicely.

    • Billj357 February 7, 2017, 11:13 am

lol .. I agree and am also a fan of my PF9, or my Star PD, which I love…of if a little more is needed I use my G 23 ..
and personally, this item seems to be a disaster just waiting to happen.

  • Mister Ronald February 7, 2017, 10:13 am

Not for me, I’ll stick with my Glock-43 with a magguts insert to give me 7 rounds in the magazine and 1 in the pipe for 8 rounds,an extra easy to carry magazine with the magguts insert for another 7 rounds and I will have 15 rounds at my disposal.that is small light easy to hide under a T-shirt and no trying to insert a magazine under pressure in a situation.
The Magguts inserts are great because they add an extra round without extending the magazine.
This may be nice for someone, but it sure ain’t for me.

  • Brian February 7, 2017, 10:08 am

Concept comes from the British Welrod: a bolt action integral suppressed weapon from the OSS. It was essentially an assassin’s piece, but highly concealable. Speed of deployment wasn’t a design factor.

  • Vanns40 February 7, 2017, 9:51 am

Looking at all the comments, some have really valid points, others, well…..The one good thing that may come from this “invention” is the same thing we’ve seen from so many others throughout history, a part of it gives someone an idea that really does work and they run with it to make a giant leap forward. It may not be in “folding guns” it may be totally unrelated. No matter, we should all encourage people to keep trying, keep innovating, and yes failing, because there will be the next Edison at some point.

  • Graham February 7, 2017, 8:50 am

This has to be the absolute worst “invention” of all time, my hope is that the backer pulls out and these folks set about designing something useful or “get a job”
    Epic Fail

  • Jim February 7, 2017, 8:46 am

Another solution searching for a problem to solve.

  • Brett Lutz February 7, 2017, 8:43 am

Look I’m about as pro second amendment as a guy can get before ending up on the ATF watch list…

But I’m confused by this “fake” Aurora shooting comment. A guy a went to HS with was in the theater that night. Yes, THAT theater.

    Care to elaborate?

    • It's Pat February 7, 2017, 10:40 am

This is the same author who called the Sandy Hook shooting a hoax last week. I know there are people who believe these events never happened but I think it’s in poor taste to spout it as fact. I’ll echo your preface of “I’m about as pro second amendment as a guy can get…”

    • Ben Dover February 7, 2017, 3:19 pm

You’re going to have to do better than that – logical fallacies appealing to emotion. The “official story” is absolutely insane and makes no sense. How do you know that “a guy you went to high school with” was there?

There is absolutely no objective proof that any of it happened. It’s called a Psyop. Read Fletcher Prouty’s book “The Secret Team” where he discusses staging terror events in foreign countries in order to manipulate the population.

“But Ben’ you say “that’s only in FOREIGN COUNTRIES! The CIA would never do that here!” lol

Pro Second Amendment?!? Why would I, an adult human, need permission from another adult human (present day politician or founding father) ,who I’ve never met and has never met me, to protect myself?

  • flintman50 February 7, 2017, 8:37 am

Sad use of good R & D cash….I guess Glock doesn’t know what to do with their money…

    • Carroll Towns February 8, 2017, 2:04 am

This isn’t a Glock project. It’s a company called ‘Full Conceal’. It shows that at the top of the article. They’re not affiliated with Glock at all. They just modified a Glock for their ‘model 1’.

  • Gerry February 7, 2017, 8:14 am

Personally I think that the concept of total conceal is a good one. But practically, I think it will be a flop. I think it would take way to long to get it out of your pocket , get the magazine loaded and round chambered and then get on target. I’m talking 5 to 6 seconds. With a lot of practice you may shave off a couple of seconds. So if you believe in the 21′ rule where the average person can travel 21 in about 1.5 to 2 seconds. the attacker would be on top of you. You would be S.O.L.’

  • Ranger Rick February 7, 2017, 8:11 am

A novel solution to a nonexistant problem, but thanks for participating.

  • Infidel7.62 February 7, 2017, 7:49 am

Very misleading headline, it is not a folding pistol at all. it is no smaller than if you had a flush magazine in the pistol. Now you have to draw, then load. A good pocket holster breaks up the outline just as well, especially if you slide a piece of leather between the holster and your pocket as I do with my SIG 290. two spare mags in a cell phone case on the belt and no one has ever noticed.

  • Seb February 7, 2017, 7:39 am

    Here’s a scenario:
Perp pulls a knife on you. You tell the perp “Wait a minute while I load this clip and get one in the chamber”. Meanwhile perp stabs you to death.

I don’t think it’s a good idea. It’s not because they make a stupid idea come to fruition that you have to use it!

Want a pocket carry, get a Ruger LCP or a 358 revolver.

If you want more, then get a full size gun with IWB holster with a full size 9mm or .40

Want more yet, get a shoulder holster and carry your .45 or even your .50 Desert Eagle in there!

    • Rick February 7, 2017, 7:50 am

      Couldn’t have said it better.

  • Frank February 7, 2017, 7:15 am

It’s not that bad an idea… but won’t be practical for many. There is a safety issue with no trigger guard once assembled, but if you don’t plan on using it any time soon you fold the trigger up. I assume it latches up, or is it spring loaded to go down? Colt made it work way back on the Patterson, but people were expected to realize it’ a dangerous weapon and be careful with it. Seems what should be common sense has gone out the door. I like the old Russian way of thinking about safeties…. it’s a gun, it’s never safe (learn the proper way to handle it and be careful, don’t rely on something that can fool you into thinking it’s “safe”). Same with the fold down trigger, you have to know what you have and handle it accordingly. So it’s not foolproof, but if you need/want to carry a compact but full size handgun, it is rather clever. But not for general use. I’d never carry a round in the chamber of that thing. What’s racking it if you have to take time to assemble anyway? If you don’t have time to rack it, you probably don’t have time to assemble — which is the point some are making. But if shooting starts and you can duck for cover then take a few seconds to assemble and apprise the situation, it should be good. If not, you could be a dead duck. Might be the case with a fully assembled ready to go gun too though. You make your choices, take your chances…

  • WillieNAz February 7, 2017, 6:55 am

I like the Mod 2 design, but what I think would really rock is if the grip actually pivoted in place with the mag in it. Make it like a spring assisted knife blade, when you hold the handle and flick the slide it locks in place. But something like that would require quite a lot of redesign and a few years of R&D, but I think it is do-able. Really excellent thinking out of the box on this one.

  • Joe A. February 7, 2017, 6:50 am

Agree with TW and SuperG. Gimmick, un-natural, that could get you killed trying to deploy it. IMHO

  • DG1911 February 7, 2017, 6:32 am

If this is the same length ad width as a glock 19 but with a ten round mag, why wouldn’t I just put a glock 26 in my pocket. I know it’s a shorter barrel but it’s FULLY ASSEMBLED AND READY TO GO. Not that I want to see any firearms company loose money but this is going nowhere.

    • vinny February 7, 2017, 10:43 am

You’re right! Looks just like my GLOCK 26,it’s just about the same size and its ready to rock.
What the heck were they thinking?

As female I see folders as a novelty CC weapon. I prefer using my skill with G43 6+1 mag. Yes even against AR 15 body armored perp…who IMO never expects to have returned fire. jus’sayin…

    • Slingblade February 7, 2017, 12:54 pm

If I may ask…just what do you reckon the odds are that you are ever going to encounter a “AR 15 body armored perp”? Stop buying into all the BS hype!

  • Amm0sexual February 7, 2017, 6:24 am

I’ll open by saying props to this company for trying to push the envelope, but this is a novelty item and something best left to Q Labs for 007. It’s just goofy and not a viable option for a gunfight.

But the most glaringly atrocious part of the video is the interviewer. Rather than send someone who knows how to talk to people and run a segment, Guns America sent the fat janitor to make a long winded introduction where he basically shits all over the product designer/company owner, and then goes on to try to explain what is going on with the product. How about you just cut 3 minutes off the video and let the gentleman explain his own design so there’s no confusion? You can always shit on the product in your article. But I guess you just like the attention, which is why you wore the tie dyed RW&B sweat wicking shirt. Lol

Ya they did that the other day on the Ruger Take down 556 said proved “problematic”in the caption part that everyone reads first then when u read it goes on to say That there was no problems with it whatsoever with functioning ran like a well oiled machine what happened to the Guns America i used to read it almost seems like if their SPONSORED AD isn’t at the top of the page which i Thought they didn’t receive any sponsors, then somehow the product isn’t worth crap till u read the whole article to find out its just fine.. At least your stil being honest about that in the end

      • Paul Helinski February 7, 2017, 7:27 am

Denny, slow down. Sit and meditate for a while, and think things through. Maybe brush up on your reading skills, focus on comprehension. There are no Ruger ads here, and no full conceal ads here Denny. You are are probably looking at a Dan Wesson ad or maybe something from Springfield.

Now slowly, pull your head out of your ass. See how much brighter the world can be?

      • James February 7, 2017, 9:09 am

I think the “problematic” issue of the Ruger SR556 takedown was accuracy based in his opinion. However I found it extremely hard to believe that he was 6 or 8 MOA at 100 yards. That’s just ridiculous. He shot it without an optic which IMHO means that his assessment is meaningless. That coupled by him openly admitting that he has issues seeing with “his old eyes” makes me wonder why Guns America has that guy do any live fire reviews. Not for nothing but I’d much rather see some hot ass chick who knows the platform and has a sexy voice and younger eyes talk to me for 12 minutes about the firearm. That’s just me though, show me bright colors, nice round shapes and jingle some metal in front of my face and you can keep me entertained for hours.

Q in the 007 lab would have come up with something much cooler!

  • Bob February 7, 2017, 6:17 am

Cutting off the trigger guard?? Really. I see injuries coming from this. A good holster is a better idea.

  • RetNavet February 7, 2017, 6:05 am

‘Bout as much sense as screen doors on Nuclear Submarines

  • Thomas C Snook February 7, 2017, 6:00 am

Innovation that has become “rococo”. An excessive attempt to complicate the simple. I’d feel safer with a Philadelphia Derringer with the percussion cap in place in my pocket than to have to meet the moment of truth with “assembly” time. What a waste of money, Guess the Glock boys have nothing to do but doodle with their CAD.

    • Carroll Towns February 8, 2017, 2:11 am

It’s not made by Glock. The model 1 is a modified Glock, but wasn’t modified BY Glock. The company is called Full Conceal, or something like that.

  • Brett Pruitt February 7, 2017, 5:49 am

    No. Just no.

  • Brian February 7, 2017, 5:41 am

You kidding me? Unsubscribing now. You posting this complete BS. DONE

    • Paul Helinski February 7, 2017, 6:58 am

Oh we’re really broken up. Next you’ll be cutting back your counselling sessions and dropping your meds. What is this world coming to?

      • Brian February 7, 2017, 3:58 pm

This “gun” is perfect for you.

  • TW February 7, 2017, 4:35 am

They should call this the Barney Fife model. Pistol in your holster and bullets in your pocket. I can’t think of a worse idea than this one. The people that will use this will also be a group of people to experience higher self injury, IMO.

    • Brian February 7, 2017, 10:39 pm

Just don’t carry any Ammo. Problem solved! Won’t need it anyways as you’ll never get this thing into action in time

  • SuperG January 30, 2017, 11:00 am

I think this is a great idea if you have time to deploy it. But that is the problem, isn’t it? Usually when you need a gun, you don’t have time to assemble it, do you?

    • Jimmy February 7, 2017, 7:29 am

Agreed. Seems like a long process.
