Movie star Liam Neeson is not a fan of firearms. Like many other Hollywood elites, he believes that the right of the people to keep and bear arms is fundamentally flawed.
“There’s too many [expletive] guns out there,” Neeson told Gulfnews.com back in January. “Especially in America. I think the population is like, 320 million? There’s over 300 million guns. Privately owned, in America. I think it’s a [expletive] disgrace. Every week now we’re picking up a newspaper and seeing, ‘Yet another few kids have been killed in schools.’”
Now gun-rights advocates in Los Angeles are fighting back against the action hero with fake movie posters that bring attention to Neeson’s anti-gun stance.
The poster shows Neeson holding a handgun under the headline “Gun All Right,” a spoof of his upcoming film “Run All Night,” and includes a tagline that reads, “One Hypocrite Laughing All the Way to the Bank.”
Clearly, Neeson’s characters not only glorify firearms, but they also depict good guys with guns stopping bad guys with guns. Obviously there is some embellishment, they’re movies after all, but the messaging remains consistent in that firearms are a force for good when they are in the hands of heroes.
Yet, for some reason, Neeson doesn’t believe that good guys with guns in real life are capable of stopping bad guys with guns. It appears he wants us to be unarmed and defenseless, unable to fight back against those evil individuals who seek to rob us, assault us, rape us, and kill us. Yeah, I’d say that makes him a hypocrite.

The things in the movies that he did we all would do to protect our families. All my buddies are boycotting neeson, so if u love the U.S. and freedom then we should all boycott this freaks movies. By the way, Spartacus would have won if he had some decent firepower!!!
Lame Neeson is the epitome of the perfect douche. I actually get angry when I see his fugly face on my T.V. I think his wife deliberately ran head long into a tree to free herself of his douchery. Maybe he can coddle that other worthless shitdog, Penis Monger Morgan and shake with fear from the thought of someone near them having a scary firearm. They both need a beating.
I spent 3 months working in Belfast, Ireland, not far from his small hometown. I have tremendous respect for both northern and southern Ireland citizens, especially considering the depth of their suffering that resulted from their battles against each other and England. I used to have that same respect for him but the reality is that when GB confiscated all the firearms, their crime rates shot up 50%. He has been living in that typical Hollywood fantasy fog that they all do too long but for me, his biggest crime is coming to our country, enjoying our life, our freedoms and our money – and firing off his uninformed, unwelcome anti-gun hypocrisy. Clearly a loyalist, he should move back to southern Ireland and start a tour preaching his religion to the IRA.

Like a lot of actors in Hollywood, once Neeson opened his mouth other than to mouth dialogue, he soiled himself, and convinced me I wouldn’t be able to tolerate his stench while sitting through one of his films, ever again.
From now on i’ll only use a sling shot in my movies…
I know this is not a movie review but in his movie The Grey he is a wolf expert that is ultimately walks n to a wolf den unarmed and then our imaginations tear him to shreds. I thought that was worse than dumb and dumber. That’s the last movie of his I had a desire to see.
Once again this liberal nutjob as well as his equal in stupidity sean penn are coming out again with movies that glorify gun violence. These hypocrites have no qualms taking money for doing something that the majority of gun owners will never do. That is using their guns in a violent manner. I hope legal gun owners boycott both of these idiots movies forever. That is where we as legal gun owners can do the most harm to these hypocrites whose only goal in life is to remove firearms from private ownership. Hit them in the wallet where it hurts them and the companies that make these movies. That is all.
I was a fan of his many action movies. But now, me and my wife and many of my friends and family that heard this from this hypocrite, no longer watch ANY movies he appears in. He’s as cluless as Pierce Morgan.

BTW, do you know that he had an armed bodyguard – or at least he did on Oscar night. Neeson is not even an American citizen so send his ass back home with his millions exploited from making blockbuster ‘Taken’ movies glorify vigilanteism, mayhem, murder and a pre-occupation with gun violence in every major mature movie he has ever made.

Neeson isn’t even a U. S. citizen. He has a perfect right to speak about something he doesn’t even know anything about. That being said, I think it would be wonderful to have a number of U. S. actors go to England and Great Britain and tell them how stupid they are for giving up their rights so easily. I know it has been said already…but if these Hollywood hypocrites hate guns so much why don’t they turn down the roles that require them to openly brandish guns and use them to kill people in their movies. People like Liam Neeson are total jackwagons when they come out against guns. Anyone see “Taken” 1,2 or 3? Guns are used not only to kill bad guys but done in a way to create a “payback” feeling in the audience. Neeson empties his magazine into some thug and the crowd cheers munching down popcorn with adrenaline flowing. Hollywood and actors like Neeson glorify revenge, retribution, violence, gore and murder with guns…something that is much more rare in real life. No legal gun owner hopes to act out some Hollywood-style gunfight in real life. 99.9% of legal gun owners use them for target sports, hunting and plinking at inanimate objects. 1% or less may have to use their weapon for self-defense in their lifetime.
I always thought Neeson was a man’s man kind of actor. Now, I see that he is just another Hollywood liberal who has no trouble taking the Million$ by doing roles that have him shooting countless bad guys in bloody, angry, violent scenes. I agree!! that’s about the only other thing we can do besides teach our children. I have personally stopped going to a lot of actors movies when I learn what they are all about. And that usually doesn’t take long. I won’t go to another Neeson or Stallone movie, or several other actors movies because they are against peoples rights…..they are hypocrites. And these are folks that children idolize and even adults look up to because of looks or because, well, they can act like people they are not….I guess I mean they are……hypocrites.
