To our loyal customers, dealers, distributors and partners,
Due to the ongoing novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, many jurisdictions throughout the United States and the world are experiencing government restrictions limiting activity to varying degrees.
CZ-USA operations are subject to an Emergency Order from our local government which forces us to close our facilities in Kansas City, Kansas until at least April 23rd. Likewise, our Dan Wesson Firearms facility in Norwich, NY was closed under similar circumstances late last week due to an order from the state of New York.
For the next 30 days, production and shipment delays are inevitable. We apologize for the inconvenience we know this will cause — we hold our nation’s Second Amendment rights to be sacred and are very concerned about the impact that emergency orders will have on our customers. We will work diligently to deliver products as soon as legally possible, while maintaining social responsibility and compliance with government orders.
To all of the CZ family, we hope that you stay healthy, safe and secure in coming weeks. Make wise decisions — we’ll see you on the other side.
Socialism is on the rise, wake up America your rights are slowly going away!
HEADS UP AMERICA
This is the first wave of an all out attack!
Contact your elected officials, local and national, make them aware of your strong feelings on this matter.
We must nip this movement in the Bud.
The right to own and bear arms is a right given to us by our founding Fathers, and must not be infringed upon!
If our right to protect what is ours, with the same force that our oppressors bear, then we are weak and foolish.
While I am well armed, I am not a threat to any well intentioned human, However, I am the worst nightmare to any one who would harm those whose duty it is mine to protect
Not legal to shut down gun mfg
Move out of the Democratic/Liberal State Of New York. They don’t want or need you!
For your peace of mind, Move!
Good Luck!!!
So far The State of Texas has acknowledged guns stores and manufactures right to stay open. Now that being said some Mayors of a few cities are looking to close them, as well as two counties, The City of Dallas, Harris County ( Houston), and Travis County ( Austin) declarers them non-essential Perhaps when this is all played out CZ should look to see where they could have maintained production and employment. Grayson County, just a few miles north of Dallas has a large work force and is allowing all business to remain open. My county, about 120 miles east of Dallas has -0- cases but we don’t have many people either.
In most states (probably TX too) Mayors do NOT have the authority to shut down cities or municipalities, no less any businesses, unless a mandate comes down from the Governor stating so. Even Gavin Newsome of CA put the brakes on several locals trying to shut down gun stores referenced here.
