Czech small arms industry leader CZUB just published the specifications for their newest — and smallest — polymer-framed striker-fired pistol for concealed carry. Called the P10 M (for Micro), the new handgun is small, lightweight, and chambered for 9mm Luger.
The P10 M follows in the footsteps of a handful of newer and increasingly popular mini service pistols. Based off the recent and instantly popular P10 series, the P10 M is more than just a cut-down full-size handgun.
Looking at the weight and dimensions the P10 M makes the P10 S or Subcompact look chunky. The P10 M is 6.3 inches long, 4.4 inches tall and just under an inch wide. It weighs a hair over 16 ounces and that’s with a 3.3-inch barrel. Standard magazine capacity is 7+1 rounds of 9mm.
That puts it in the same category as the Glock 43 and Smith & Wesson M&P Shield, which is one of the hottest segments in the handgun world right now. Purpose-built for backup and concealed carry, these pocketable 9mm handguns share many of the same features and controls as their service pistol counterparts just scaled down.
Some of those features include forward and rear slide serrations, a standard accessory rail, a passive trigger safety, an internal drop safety and what looks like a reversible magazine release.
Notably missing from the design is a slide release lever on both sides. The P10 M will lock open on an empty magazine but the pistol has a completely smooth-sided, snag-minimizing design that uses an internal slide catch.
Not all of the details and specifications are available just yet. For now, this is just an announcement and not a complete roll-out. It will take time for CZUB and CZ-USA to bring this to the commercial market here in the US and it’s possible that some elements of the P10 M may change between now and a hopefully soon American release.

It’s possible that some parts, including sights, may be specific to the Micro, but hopefully, in those cases, CZ-USA will resolve any foreseeable problems and drive their own aftermarket support, something the company is good at already.
Also, pricing isn’t available but the current P10s that are available are very competitively priced despite their high-quality construction and finish. It would be a real surprise if the P10 M turns out to be anything other than affordable.
CZ is making it clear that they want to have a striker-fired option to suit every shooting niche with the P10 series, and quiet announcements like these are adding up to make an impressive product line, and fast. If you like to standardize on one kind of handgun for home defense, everyday carry and deep concealment, the P10 series is shaping up well across the board.

I wouldn’t hold my breath, they’re still working on the backlog for the P-10 s. There are none available online anywhere.
Hopefully, CZ will make all of these Optics ready and not produce two SKU#’s for them. This should alleviate availability issues to some extent and not impact the price. If IWI can do it with the Masada, so can CZ.
The Lack of a slide stop is very welcome as designs like the Walther PP/PPK never had them and they worked fine.
I love the inclusion of the rail on the dust cover, as that is a pain point with other smaller pistols. Lights are a “Thing” now and it is surprising the companies like Glock don’t get that yet, in models like the 26 and 43/42 series, etc.
I’ve been patiently looking for a P10s, but now I can’t wait to get a P10M in my hand.

even wrote to CZ to see if I could get a clue on where I might buy one.
I got zip, so I bought a Glock 43, had it cut, put on a good barrel (yes I reload).
Yes talking about something is not exactly a big introduction in my view. I am a CZ guy I got a few of them including a p10c. I now carry a kel tec PF9 it is a good one no issue and I can shoot it.
Was maybe considering a hellcat for my next concealed carry gun, really hoping ct will come out with a trigger guard laser for it as at age 62 a laser is magic as the eyes don’t focus like they used to.
I really like the CZ triggers and low bore axis so I’ll have to take a strong look at this new P10m. In no hurry Ill give it a few yrs for the bugs to get worked out and hope ct will make a laser for it but for some reason ct don’t take cz seriously so not much hope there.
Wake up ct and make a laser for ether the hellcat or the P10m so I can retire the PF9
