Hickok45 shoots the Charter Arms .44 Special Bulldog Revolver. Not a bad little gun.

I have own a Bulldog and have one or two in my safe since the early eighties…
I have all my Bulldogs have accurate at SD ranges and beyond .. point of aim with factory 240gr fodder …
They are alot of great SD ammo options .. and Im really looking hard at the new boomer model .. I missed out on getting the “Back Packer” that came out years ago ..
I prefer the 44 Spl Charter option over the 45 acp model .. Being the 44spl operates at less pressure and has less recoil .. and Im not a big fan of the “Clipless” cylinders .. Id much much rather have moon clips

Terrible accuracy with the Remington lead hollow point with gas check. About a siv foot moa I would guess.

I own the bulldog in 44 special. With the solid lead hollowpoints with gas-check I would be lucky to hit the car I was sitting in.
I have not tried any other round as I carry other firearms. Hopefully I can buy a different round and get better than a 6 foot
    moa.
