Camp Chef launched a new pellet grill/smoker this year and they were showing it off with wild game demonstrations at the range during SHOT Show 2020. Their Woodwind WiFi grills come in 20″, 24″ and 36″ barrel lengths and they are all outfitted for WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. I own the 24″ model, and I’ve been impressed with how well it cooks and how useful the WiFi is.

Heckler and Koch’s most popular handgun has been the VP9. This year, they’ve made noteworthy updates to keep this gun current with shooters’ expectations. True Pearce spent some time with the new VP9 at the range at SHOT Show 2020.

Tactical-cool lever guns have taken the firearms industry by storm, and Rossi USA introduced their own take on the blacked-out cowboy rifle at SHOT Show 2020.

Since 1985, Browning’s Buck Mark .22 LR pistols have been produced continuously with upgrades coming along frequently. This year’s iterations vary from compact carry guns to optics-ready competition models. The most striking variants, however, are the Buck Mark Plus Vision series, in Blue, Black, or Red. These pistols are listed as SHOT Show specials, so they will be produced in limited quantities.

The name says it all: Gripknife is a vertical grip that affixes to a rifle’s forend and doubles as an “out-the-front” (OTF) knife. Users deploy the edged weapon by pressing a button located on the rear of the mount, and the knife springs forward and locks in the extended position.

The PRO32-MIL/s only weighs 4.6 lbs, is 55.4 inches tall and collapses down to 23.7″ in length. Each leg is detachable and constructed of 10 layers of carbon fiber which stacks up to 1.2mm thick and a total leg diameter of 32mm. The weight limit is advertised as being a whopping 115 pounds, but I’ve seen it hold twice that!

Lockdown’s brand-new Vault Doors are user-installable and can turn virtually any room into a vault. Like many of Lockdown’s products, the Vault also monitors the room for temperature, humidity, and tampering, and connects to user’s phones via their Logic app.

The CAOS allows users to mount a wide variety of optics to an FN Five-seveN MK2 without permanently modifying the handgun or losing the use of the rear sight. We caught up with company founder and president Dorin Adika at SHOT Show 2020 to check out his new product for ourselves.
