Turkey seasons are kicking off in many states this month. It’s funny that some people see turkey as the last hunt of the season while others consider it the first hunt of the year. Whichever camp you fall into, this simple turkey schnitzel is a good way to eat some of that “thunder chicken” breast.

A world-class elk hunter and a fine craftsman have teamed up to make what they consider the ideal hunting knife. The blade is shaped from experience and forged from the finest steel. It’s not a budget blade, but it should be tough enough to hang from your belt as well as your grandson’s.

I own the 24″ model, and I’ve been impressed with how well it cooks and how useful the WiFi is.
