Does the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty pose an existential threat to the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Americans?

Mechanized extensions of the police force will soon be buzzing through North Dakota skies, taking down any non-compliant suspect via rubber bullets, Tasers and tear gas.

“In D.C., over ten rounds is high-capacity, but your department doesn’t trace what kind of magazine size guns have,” said Miller. “I’m asking when you say high-capacity, where are you getting that information?”

Law abiding citizens can’t easily own short barreled rifles without first jumping through beurocratic hoops and paying a dubious tax. Why? Because criminals in the early 20th century prefered easily concealed guns. Makes sense, right? Pass a law to change the behavior of people who pay no attention to laws.

It’s easy to armchair-quarterback after reading about or watching an officer-involved shooting or other deadly use of force, but one reporter discovered first-hand just how difficult those decision can be in the heat of the moment.

In a letter dated July 30, the Veterans Administration told Navy veteran John Arnold that they were coming for his guns.

“They didn’t have to kill the guy,” said James Oliver of Louisville. “There was no reason for that. They could, they could’ve used Tasers, whatever.”

Rule number one of being a bounty hunter: don’t mistakenly wake up a police chief in the middle of the night by shouting at his front door.
