Back in June, the San Jose City Council approved a raft of gun-control measures proposed by current mayor Sam Liccardo.

A California resident fatally shot a crazed, shirtless vandal this week after the suspect forced his way into the man’s apartment. 

“I want you to know directly from me that I never touched anyone inappropriately or made inappropriate sexual advances,” Cuomo said in an address on Tuesday.   

“I was not voted onto the board as an accountant, administrator, paper shuffler or bureaucrat, but rather to lead the charge of the good guys against the bad guys in this vile culture war that has reached a deafening roar,” he continued.

Golden State residents are witnessing first-hand the uselessness of gun control laws, and confidence in the anti-gun regime is slipping as violent crime slams the state’s major cities and more residents purchase firearms.

Toure explained to The Daily Caller these attempts to twist history are exactly why he and his organization are dedicated to educating the public about their rights.

“A lack of resources shouldn’t prevent gun violence survivors and their allies from holding reckless actors in the gun industry accountable,” said Eric Tirschwell, managing director for Everytown Law in a press release obtained by GunsAmerica.
