Shipping and receiving giant United Parcel Service (UPS) is not fulfilling its obligations as packages containing ammunition are not reaching their intended destination.

The good folks over at Project Veritas this week published leaked documents from an FBI whistleblower that draw an explicit connection between “Militia Violent Extremists” [MVEs] and Second Amendment advocates. 

The Associated Press announced last month that it would discourage journalists from using terms like “assault weapon” and “assault rifle” in their reporting.

City leaders in Houston are still hailing the success of a recent gun “buyback” program despite the fact that one man cashed in big time by selling the city a box of cheap 3D-printed guns. 

Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives will not vote on a bill to ban so-called “assault weapons,” at least for now.

A federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order stopping the town of Superior, Colorado from enforcing a gun ordinance preventing people from possessing assault rifles.

“There are so many Americans who are confused when they see a semiautomatic rifle that the Democrats want to ban as being fully automatic.”

After watching surveillance footage of the incident, investigators said that the 22-year-old responded to the threat within 15 seconds after the shooting began.  

The House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday held a markup on H.R. 1808, a bill to ban the sale, import, manufacture or transfer of certain semi-automatic weapons.
