A North Carolina gun store in Yadkinville was robbed this week, marking the second time the shop’s been hit in the past 15 days.

The city of Columbus, Ohio, is attempting to enact gun control in spite of the fact that only the state legislature has the power to regulate firearms.

It was a sad week for gun owners in the Beaver State as Ballot Measure 114 passed into law by the narrowest of margins with just over 50 percent of voters favoring it.  

Pot smokers may still not exercise their 2A rights without violating federal law, and that includes those who use cannabis for medical purposes.  

Shooting those guns were veterans from the Vietnam War, Gulf War, wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and military still serving in uniform.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is advising Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) to expect delays to the background check system starting on Nov. 14 as new federal gun-control legislation takes effect. 

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) this week posted photos of a pistol found stuffed inside a raw chicken, prompting them to remind travelers to properly check firearms when flying.

“Enough is enough. Gun violence in this country is an epidemic that will not end with thoughts and prayers alone.”

The new law broadly prohibits the production, sale, purchase, receipt, transfer, and possession of magazines with a capacity of over 17 rounds.
