The U.S. House Subcommittee on Crime and Federal Government Surveillance’s hearing titled, “ATF’s Assault on the Second Amendment: When is Enough Enough?” posed a simple question.

The House Judiciary Committee opted to postpone the upcoming markup of a resolution to nullify the ATF’s new rule on pistol stabilizing braces.

“George Gascon refuses to prosecute juveniles in possession of firearms,” Hatami told Fox News Digital Wednesday morning. “It’s dangerous and a failure of the system.”

“We submitted formal petitions for rule-making through the appropriate channels,” Wilcox replied.
