Nine Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives quietly filed a bill on Friday that could play a major role in President Biden’s gun control agenda.

Back in June, the San Jose City Council approved a raft of gun-control measures proposed by current mayor Sam Liccardo.

A California resident fatally shot a crazed, shirtless vandal this week after the suspect forced his way into the man’s apartment. 

While Chicago is known for its draconian gun control regime, the state of Illinois had yet to impose a background check requirement on private gun sales—until now.

A federal appeals court affirmed this week that a law prohibiting illegal immigrants from possessing firearms is constitutional.

“I want you to know directly from me that I never touched anyone inappropriately or made inappropriate sexual advances,” Cuomo said in an address on Tuesday.   

“I was not voted onto the board as an accountant, administrator, paper shuffler or bureaucrat, but rather to lead the charge of the good guys against the bad guys in this vile culture war that has reached a deafening roar,” he continued.

“Congressmen Ruiz’s legislation is one that will ensure safety and security at our poll sites and one that we’re proud to support,” she added.
