Homemade firearms aren’t the only constitutionally protected items under fire from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). In recent weeks, the ATF has launched an all-out attack on homemade suppressors as well.

Washington State is poised to become the 10th state in the country to place restrictions on the sale of certain standard capacity magazines.

Senate Bill 215, a constitutional carry bill, cleared both chambers this week, 57-35 in the House, and 24-8 in the Senate.  

The state of Alabama is instructing Nathan Kirk, the owner of Blount County Tactical, to surrender his personalized license plate because it contains “objectionable language.” 

A State of the Union address by a Democratic president would not be complete without a shout-out to the anti-gun agenda.  

The New York state legislature will consider a bill this year that would require gun owners in the state to purchase liability insurance.

“California will continue to lead the fight to end gun violence with bold action to tackle the national crisis putting millions of Californians at risk,” said Gov. Newsom.
