President Joe Biden today announced a final rule that bans certain homemade firearms kits (otherwise known as “ghost guns”) by redefining the term “firearm” under federal law. He also named a new nominee to head the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).

A coalition of pro-gun groups is demanding a formal investigation into Pennsylvania’s attorney general over an alleged illegal firearms manufacture and transfer.  

Any open-minded person should see this as a death blow to the gun-control cause.

“It’s mischaracterized,” Durant told former Republican state Sen. Phil Williams on his Rightside Radio show. 

“When he was in the backyard, he was going, ‘Give me the keys, give me the keys,’ and kept approaching,” Lenhart said.

Biden said, Congress needs to “Ban ghost guns. Require background checks for all gun sales. Ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. Repeal gun manufacturers’ immunity from liability.”
