On Wednesday, New York State Attorney General Letitia James and New York City Mayor Eric Adams announced parallel lawsuits against 10 distributors of so-called “ghost guns.”

The result three years later after that initial adjustment and dozens more like it, is that the homicide rate has fallen 34 percent, from 27.8 per 100,000 people in 2019 to 18.5 per 100,000 in 2022.

“While this bill doesn’t do everything I want, it does include actions I’ve long called for that are going to save lives,” Biden said.

In a HUGE win for 2A rights, the Supreme Court today struck down New York’s restrictive “may-issue” standard that requires one to provide to the government a “proper cause.”

“Here’s the thing: once Black people get guns in this country, the gun laws will change. Trust me,” Behar said recently on the show.

In a procedural vote on Tuesday, the U.S. Senate agreed to the first major gun control package in nearly 30 years.  

Retired Navy SEAL and former Missouri governor Eric Greitens is under fire this week for a political ad that calls on voters to get a “RINO hunting permit.” 

Last week a group of more than 220 business leaders signed on to a letter urging the U.S. Senate to “take bold urgent action” on gun control. 

Therefore, the notion that a ban on modern sporting rifles will significantly impact these events doesn’t hold water.
