A coalition of 117 groups sent a letter to President Biden putting pressure on him to increase gun control regulations.

Further, he describes the Second Amendment as “a suicide pact” while claiming in the same breath that he has “great respect and no ideological opposition against someone who reasonably and responsibly owns a firearm.”

“The Court finds that the challenged provisions have chilled Plaintiffs’ reasonable exercise of their Second Amendment right.”

On, off, on again.  That is the story, so far, with New York’s ill-concealed “Concealed Carry Improvement Act (CCIA).”

Thirteen out of the 16 judges ruled that bump stocks do not meet the definition of “machineguns,” thus overturning a previous ruling from a 3-judge panel on the same court.

In the wake of the Supreme Court ruling overturning New York’s restrictions on concealed carry permits, the Honolulu Police Department (HPD) issued its first license to carry a concealed firearm.

“Fundamental rights, including the right to keep and bear arms, must never be determined by the whims of survey respondents,” said CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb.

Oregon’s gun owners scored another temporary victory on Tuesday.
