On Wednesday, Senate Democrats passed another unconstitutional firearm regulation bill, this time focusing on so-called “red flag” laws.

On Monday, the Missouri House approved a bill that would allow concealed carry permit holders to carry firearms on public buses and inside churches and other places of worship.

Last Thursday, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, signed several gun control bills into law. The six new measures restrict 2A rights through additional background check requirements and “safe storage” policies.

One year after expressing opposition to stricter gun regulations, Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee (R) issued an executive order to enhance Nashville’s background check process for buying firearms and urged legislators to approve a “red flag” law that would prevent individuals at risk of violence from possessing guns.

“We use that information to put people in business, not to take people out of business,” Ham told KCUR reporters, adding that he had never seen a county refuse to provide such information. 

Additionally, House Bill 1240 only allows 90 days for firearm dealers and manufacturers to sell or transfer their existing stock out of the state.

Guns aren’t the number one killer of children. But if you ask Gov. Gavin Newsom or former President Barack Hussein Obama, they will tell you that they are. They will lie to you.

“In what?! They’re dead! What are you going to assist with? Cleaning up their brains off the wall? Wiping the blood off the schoolroom floor? What are you going to assist with?

Affirming the House’s actions, Sexton stated, “Their actions on the House floor rise to the level of expulsion. We cannot allow these types of things to take place in the people’s House.”
