“I’m with ATF, he’s on a list of some devices that he purchased for firearms that he should not [possess],” one agent is heard saying. The agent was apparently addressing the father of the citizen on the list.

They argue that Raskin downplayed Hunter Biden’s illegal firearm purchase by framing it as a wealthy individual exercising his Second Amendment rights.
