The Biden-Harris administration has cooked up a scheme to use taxpayer dollars (your money!) to incentivize states to pass laws that punish responsible gun owners. 

“I don’t have to wait for someone else to care for me or protect me. I am my own protector,” Alcazar stated.

“Governor Newsom, your numbers are way higher than the national average. How do you explain that when safety and security, I would argue, is a prerequisite for the pursuit of happiness?” asked Hannity.

The Swiss are more peaceful because of a stronger civil society, more ties between people, and strict enforcement of social norms. In other words, a better culture generally, not a better “gun culture” specifically.

The Second Amendment Foundation was involved in two of the four cases decided by the court in its 261-page ruling. They are known as Hardaway v. Chiumento and Christian v. Chiumento. The cases were before the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Lawrence G. Keane, NSSF’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel, stated, “Respectfully, ATF lacks legal authority to do so.”

The Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) is gearing up to promptly contest any federal “assault weapons” ban, spearheaded by Sen. Charles Schumer (D-NY), if it successfully passes into law.

“We support any effort to keep assault weapons and high-capacity magazines out of dangerous hands, as this bill would do,” Feldman stated, referencing President Biden’s longstanding advocacy for gun control since his tenure as a senator.
