Is That a GLOCK in Your Stock--SHOT Show 2015

Is That a GLOCK in Your Stock–SHOT Show 2015

M.U.L.E. Tactical was at SHOT Show this year showing a very interesting AR stock. It is called the Adaptive Storage Stock. Simply put, it is a stock you can put a handgun in. You could put other things in there, too, but it wouldn’t be as much fun.

50 State Legal AR-15 – Ares Defense SCR

The ARES Defense SCR is a blend of classic sporting rifle and an AR. With the function of an AR and the feel of a Monte Carlo stock, the SCR is a winner. Think of the SCR as if someone cut off the top part of a Remington 750 and put an AR upper on it. It feels and shoulders like a traditional sporting rifle, but works like an AR.

If you wear a plate carrier, you can pretty much carry as many extra mag pouches and extra gear as you want. This isn’t always practical, though–and is ludicrous for those who need extra gear and the ability to hide in plain sight. So how do you conceal a full load out? Blue Force Gear has a good solution.

Tac-Con's Raptor AK Trigger--SHOT Show 2015

Tac-Con’s Raptor AK Trigger–SHOT Show 2015

Tac-Con made a big spalsh with the 3MR, an AR trigger that runs almost as fast as full-auto. Now they’re adding to that trigger and taking on the AK platform, too. Drop in triggers for AKs and the Saiga 12? That’s just half of the news. The 3MR is evolving too. Now the lightning fast trigger has a third position–a two-stage trigger with a one pound break. Speed and accuracy from one trigger–and the price is coming down.

From Iraqveteran8888, “In this video we attempt to burn out an AR-15 upper on an M16 lower. We are testing the durability of not only the upper receiver assemby but few specific products as well including the SRC Relia-Bolt BCG, Geissele Super Gas Block, and one of the most affordable AR barrels on the market from Faxon Firearms.”

For me, a pistol without a rail is more or less a novelty. I shoot them at the range, but leave it at that. I won’t carry a full-size pistol if I can’t attach some implement of illumination to its frame. I’m not knocking range guns or older designs for their defects, but I carry guns I can use in low light situations. That’s where ReCover comes in.

[one_half padding=”0 0 0 0px”] [/one_half] [one_half_last padding=”0 0 0 0px”] [/one_half_last] For a little baby bullet in a little baby cartridge, the .223 Remington / 5.56mm sure makes a lot of noise. Unsuppressed, you can figure the noise level at about 165 decibels, varying, of course with rifle type, barrel length, etc. That’s  louder [...]
