If you live in an environment where a full-up variable power scope is too much, but sometimes a red dot alone isn’t enough, the combo is an excellent gap filler. At $1400 for the set, it isn’t cheap. But it does fill a wide variety of needs, and being from Trijicon, you know it won’t let you down.

It’s a jack of all trades stock that could do very well built up as a long-range hunting rifle or precision rifle for long-range competitions. I think Grayboe hit a home run with this stock and if you’re in the market for a composite stock, the Phoenix deserves a hard look.

I own several AK’s and the new Zastava M70 ZPAP is my favorite but I wanted to modernize the hand-guard to accommodate an angled vertical grip and provide some more rail space.

This combination of the Bergara B14R, the TriggerTech Special, and the Mack Brother’s magazines is amazing. It is the most fun I have had with a 22 in quite some time.

In late 2019 I decided it was time for a new rifle. There are many very good factory competition multigun rifles on the market now but I decided to put together my own rifle, with each and every part exactly what I wanted.

When we hear the term “military ball” ammunition most of us equate it with some type of full metal jacketed (FMJ), bullet. Such as, “45 hard ball” being a 230-grain full metal jacketed, round nose for the 1911, or 9mm “ball” being a 115 or 124-grain full metal jacketed, round nose bullet for the military’s 9mms or our own.
