Former police officer Brandon Tatum has some dire political predictions concerning the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
“I don’t think it’s going to bode well for this country if they decide to push that crazy, geriatric Joe Biden through to be the president,” said Tatum in a conversation with Steve Banon this week.
Tatum, who now runs the TatumReport, continued, “People are already saying they’re going to show up on January the 6th for the vote and they’re gonna protest.
“And I know a lot of people that are frustrated right now and they’re willing to take up arms. And I’m being honest about it.”

Mr. Tatum isn’t the only one worried about armed conflict in America. As GunsAmerica previously reported, pro-Trump attorney Lin Wood cautioned supporters to stock up on, among other items, “2nd Amendment supplies.”
Additionally, the founder of the Oath Keepers, Stewart Rhodes penned an open letter this week imploring President Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act.
“You will not concede to an unconstitutional fraudulent farce, you will not step down, and you will not leave the White House in the hands of an illegitimate, fraudulent imposter, who is a suspected agent of a foreign enemy,” wrote Rhodes.
Rhodes indicated that if the President does not take measures to protect the country from a Biden administration, armed citizens will respond.
“If you fail to do your duty, you will leave We the People no choice but to walk in the Founders footsteps, by declaring the regime illegitimate, incapable of representing us, destructive of the just ends of government – to secure our liberty- and to be a mere puppet of a deadly foreign enemy,” wrote Rhodes.
“And, like the Founding generation, we will take to arms in defense of our God given liberty, we will declare our independence from that puppet regime, and we will fight for our liberty,” he continued.
“There are millions of American patriots standing ready. Do not forsake them. Do not leave them to have to do it all themselves. Keep your promise. Drain the Swamp. Do it now! We will help you at every step of the way,” Rhodes concluded.

You obviously have never read the Declaration of Independence. We are not advocating the overthrow of the government. We are actually just advocating the reestablishment of it as intended by the constitution.
The action needed in light of what has taken place in the 2020 election is not a civil matter. It is a criminal matter, to which the president must act to protect and defend the Constitution, the laws so derived, and the laws of the States – Article II, § 3 “he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed”.
A few statutes he should have acted upon already.
52 USC 20511 –
(2) knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds, or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, by –
(A) the procurement of submission of voter registration applications that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held, or
(B) the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held
The president is duty bound to faithfully execute the laws of the union. That being all 50 States and their laws, and in this case as they relate to all voting. In addition to the above, 18 USC 241 & 242 and 18 USC 371 are a part of the presidents duty to protect and enforce the rights of the people.
If the president, and the departments for which he is the ultimate authority, do not take action, what is the course? The Declaration of Independence allows for “the People to alter or to abolish” the government, and the Constitution provides the means and the authority at Article I, § 8, Cl. 15, Cl. 16, and Article II, § 2, Cl. 1.
