Once Colt fanboys, the men of the Military Arms Channel now argue that BCM’s AR-15s are a step above their military-grade Colt counterparts.

Do you agree?

Little Timmy will sway whichever way the wind blows. I have a BCM…and I have a Colt M4…I know which one is in my bugout bag…it’s got a pony on the magwell and gives me the comfort of decades of experience, through the easy and the hard times. Not just a whizzy “Manganese KMR”…lolllllllll

Colt, Sig Sauer, and Bushmaster I know, in short, they work and work well.
I know nothing about BMC and this video did nothing to peak my interest.
“It handles well” seemed to be the mantra along with the light weight rail.
Nothing about the internals, grouping at 100 yards, barrel twist or any of the minute details that make an outstanding rifle. To me this was just a paid commercial and you can go to any manufacturers web site and watch bearded guru’s saying much of the same.

LOL. From building from different kits, I don’t see the mega dollar differences- if the rifles are sighted in they all hit with more than acceptable accuracy. FN makes barrels for Palmetto State, Olympic makes small parts and barrels for others, Wilson and Shaw make barrels, the aluminum billets that are milled into lowers and uppers come from the same 8 or so sources. ID them by checking makers mark. Military Arms and Myth Channel must have a girlfriend/ boyfriend at Bravo Company. Double Star kits function flawlessly and are as accurate as Colt and DD. Why waste money on the name on the magwell when you could pile up more ammo? After 25,000 rounds, if your accuracy really degrades, install another barrel. So what.

We will see if there a “step above” when the government wants bulk pricing of 450$ a rifle…..
