Lin Wood, the civil attorney for the 17-year-old, announced on Twitter this week that he will proceed with a lawsuit against the Democratic presidential nominee after the Biden campaign shared a video that characterized the teen as a White supremacist.

“We continue to hear so many anti-gun promises. Of course they like to use terms like gun sense and gun safety to make it appear that they are supporting gun owners. But they’re not and they don’t,” said Kelly Ann Pidgeon with Armed and Feminine.
