The assaulter, who was later identified as Kevin Craig Anderson, “aggressively approached several customers” of the smokehouse. Anderson then made his way to the men’s restroom, where he proceeded to assault an elderly man. 

“Everything happened I guess you could say in God’s favor. I protected my family, and he was just being a dummy trying to come to my house and get whatever,” said Rodriguez.

Surveillance footage was released three days ago, showing us exactly what happened. The incident started when the robber walked in. Police say he pulled a mask over his face while saying “You know why I’m here.”

The man then drove up in his golf cart next to the homeowner, starting an argument. This argument culminated in a strange sequence of events. The man “barrels the golf cart into the [homeowner’s] gate,” said Miller. 

An attempted convenience store robbery went viral last week and has left people scratching their heads.

Local Daily News tells us that the troopers were approaching on foot when they found the home fully engulfed in flames. The homeowner was standing in the doorway with a gun.
