An Indiana man has been hospitalized and could face criminal charges after he accidentally shot himself in the genitals with a Hi-Point 9mm.

Officials in Little Rock, Ar., have released video footage of a February incident in which a police officer fired 15 rounds into the windshield of a stolen vehicle while lying on the hood of the car. The driver of the vehicle died at the scene while the officer sustained minor injuries.
