Arizona Shooter Identified as Neo Nazi

Career criminal and suspected neo-Nazi Ryan Elliot Giroux is believed to be responsible for the shooting Wednesday in Mesa, Arizona, that left one person dead and five others wounded, said authorities.

Giroux, 41, a convicted felon, had spent time in prison for a number of different crimes, including burglary, theft and attempted aggravated assault. He was sentenced to seven years in prison back in 2007. Giroux was released from prison in Oct. of 2013 and was on probation through Oct. 2016.

Police are still looking for a motive and are not certain if Giroux’s affiliations played a role in the shooting.

“Obviously he has tattoos on his neck and his face, his forehead,” Detective Esteban Flores told CNN. “Those are typical tattoos that you do see sometimes on white supremacists, but we don’t know if that has anything to do with what happened today.”

Giroux has the number 88 tattooed on his left temple, which is known for being a neo-Nazi code for “Heil Hitler,” as “H” is the eighth letter of the alphabet.

Four out of five of the victims were white and one was “white and hispanic descent.”

“I have no information that his (Giroux’s) affiliations or beliefs had anything to do with what occurred today,” Flores said.

Authorities suspect that Giroux may have known the initial victims, a man and two women, at the Tri-City Motel Inn in Mesa. Police believe that there was a dispute that precipitated the shooting, after which Giroux fled the scene encountering the other two victims in separate incidents.

“At this time we believe he is responsible for each and every one of these shootings,” Flores said.

“Everything else seemed to be random at that point,” Flores added. “We believe his motive at the other locations was robbery and carjackings and just trying to get away.”

It’s not clear at this point how Giroux obtained the firearm he used in the shooting.

    Scary close K.D.
Be armed at all times and encourage other good people to do the same.

(second attempt to post this) Truth hurts?

    This smells like Eric Holder.
This guy was probably given a Get out of jail free card and some tax payers money to whoop it up beforehand.
Along with weapons, and instructions to carry out crime, so as to give the media fodder.
I’m going to name it “Bald and Furious”

It looks to me like just another run of the mill meth head who should have been locked safely away long before he blew a gasket in Mesa where my brother and his wife, my nieces live. Justice would have seen to this, except prosecutors, judges, lawyers, and politicians have stolen justice. Justice is ours, not theirs. Yet they plea bargain it away one slime ball at a time, just like this one. Their precious “justice system” runs along like clockwork extracting money from people, and shoving the dangerous ones through the revolving door after they pay a fine. At the expense of innocent bystanders like the ones who took bullets here. In the mean time the very same are the one’s who do everything in their power to see my right to keep my safety and well being where it belongs, in my hands watered down and nullified. This way of doing things is getting tired. It’s time for a change.

What was your first clue that this guy was a Nazi? Look, I don’t want to hear one more word until I start seeing some federal weapons charges. Here, but way more than just here. These dirtbag feds don’t use the laws they have and they wan’t more? Let me make this clear in no uncertain terms, the federal government will not usurp my 2nd Amendment, and violate my civil rights. But especially while guys like this go unprosecuted for the same laws..

      I’m going to call this one by the way it smells;
      Eric Holder’s “Bald and Furious”

Criminals, gang members or bangers, whatever, can get guns, ammo ect., but their not being targeted, it’s us, the legalized gun owners that’s going through hell, just like fools can go to any sports shop or store and buy a machete, golf club and baseball bat ( then go and beat the hell out of another kid) as legal gun owners that get our weapons legal, who’s stopping the criminals, thugs etc, from getting theirs

If only there were a law that says felons can’t have guns…this would never have happened…que the liberal fucktards trying to take every gun away in 3…2…1…

  • John March 19, 2015, 10:45 am

The new face of gun control. Can’t wait to hear the story on this guy. I can’t picture any legitimate gun shop selling, this prize of a human being, a gun. He looks like a law abiding citizen. I’m sure , he had no problem with the background check. Another felon with a gun. No law will ever stop them from getting a gun. Laws only effect us, the ones that obey them. We suffer for their acts. When will the anti gunners finally see this. This animal should have been in a cage.

    • No Joda March 23, 2015, 10:31 am

He bought the gun at a gun show or from a private seller.

      • Russ March 23, 2015, 10:23 pm

Or Eric Holder provided him with it and freed him for mass media attention.
Probably had some instructions to carry out, and a little tax payers money to whoop it up before his big day.

I can guarantee you, nobody at a gun show would deal with a character looking like him.
Those vendors are some of the nicest most courteous polite and upstanding folks I’ve ever come across.
What other shows have you attended where everyone stops for a moment, covers their hearts, and sounds off the pledge of allegiance to America?

        Think again, No Joda
